Tell us which vacation property you’d like to rent along with your arrival and departure dates. Please leave your name and contact information and we’ll respond to you asap. All reservations require a deposit of $200.00 to $400.00. Your date is not guaranteed until we receive your deposit and a signed copy of your rental agreement. We accept VISA and Mastercard. The remaining balance of your rental is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your deposit will become your damage deposit during your stay. If no additional charges, damages, or excess cleaning is incurred during the stay, your damage deposit will be returned via check within 30 days of your departure. What do we provide? You need only bring food and personal items. All Seasons Vacation Properties are fully equipped. All our kitchens include cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. We supply all linens, towels and bedding. If you'd like to have an outdoor fire during your stay please ask for a property that allows fires when making your reservation. We do not provide daily maid service unless prior arrangements have been made. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. ONLY A SELECT NUMBER OF UNITS ALLOW PETS AT AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $25/PER NIGHT. Checking In Typical check-in time is after 3PM, although special arrangements can be made for an early or late evening check in. Note: Guest named on the reservation is responsible for damages and the return of the key. Checking Out Our properties are thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Cleaning must be done by 3 PM, so we require an 11am or earlier check-out. We request that you empty the refrigerator, put dishes in the dishwasher and put the key back in the lockbox. Cancellations You can cancel your reservation without charge if your arrival date is greater than 30 days away. If you cancel with 30 days notice you will be refunded 100% of your deposit, minus a $30 processing fee. Our properties are frequently booked several months in advance, therefore if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. HOWEVER, you will have ONE YEAR from your original arrival date to rebook (One time only) the SAME PROPERTY. PLEASE NOTE: When rescheduling, you will be charged a 20% rescheduling fee on the total amount of your original booking, leaving 80% to apply towards your rescheduled next stay. There are no refunds for weather conditions, late arrival, early departure or any other reason outside of the control of All Seasons Vacation Rentals.
