"Sunset Haven" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, on the 18th Hole of the award winning Prospector Golf Course. Walk to the Prospector Clubhouse or The Lodge for dining and recreation! The whole family will enjoy the well-furnished outdoor living space with fantastic views of the 18th fairway. Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 4 BR including 2 Master Suites, 3.5 BA.

This tastefully decorated, 2,600 sq. ft. home features a very comfortable open-concept great room with a large sectional and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 50” TV with Cable.

Just a few steps off the great room is a private covered patio with fabulous golf course views, a gas fire pit, private hot tub, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered patio makes it a great spot to sit back and relax year round!

The well-stocked chef’s kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a large, granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Just off the great room is a Twin over Full Bunk Room with a private door leading to the back patio. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The larger of the 2 master suites is furnished with a King Bed, and a Twin Bed with a Twin Trundle. The private bath is accented by a walk-in shower and a jetted soaking tub. The 2nd master suite contains a King Bed and a private bath. The third bedroom on the second floor features a Queen Bed and is supported by a double sink guest bath just outside the door. The living room has 1 pull-out chair for additional sleeping and just down the hallway is a 1/2 bath.

This is the perfect getaway for up to 3 families or 4 couples.

We were very pleased with the layout of this home. It was in a very good location with lots of hiking trails close by. We reported the non working disposal which soon started again. The home was clean, however, when stripping the beds before we left, the pillows and mattress pads were quite soiled as were the dining chairs. There was a small leak in the kitchen sink which we discovered when we went for more garbage bags.

We have stayed at this home before and it was amazing but a few things need fixing or updating to maintain the perfect experience. We had to call to have the fireplace fixed as it would not ignite. After the repair person left the fan came on and it was so loud you couldn’t hear a conversation over it. The hot tub didn’t stay hot and when the jets were turned on it circulated very cold water. 85 was about as high as it got so our young daughters braved it but not adults.

Very nice for a family. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedrooms stayed quiet with loud preschool children running around downstairs. Great kitchen cooking equipment; but baking utensils lacking. Easy to find, excellent instructions. Missing a bit of coffee or sugar for first am coffee! Spotless; but dusty(maybe no one has been there recently) Would stay here again. Location was great and deer in the yard everyday! Hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit fabulous!

We did a girls trip and we had plenty of room to talk around the island, sit at the long table, and sit around and watch shows on the couch. Plenty of beds and room for sleeping also. The kitchen is huge, but may not have everything you need. The hot tub and undercover area was great and the location is excellent. The management company was very accommodating and great to work with.

This was our second year in a row that we stayed in this house for a summer gathering with our three daughters and their families and it again was a great experience. The house was plenty spacious for all 10 of us (including 4 grandchildren), had a great patio and outdoor dining area that handled all of us comfortably. The house location was perfect, situated on the Prospector 18th fairway and easily accessible to lots of paths and trails. The house was well appointed with all of the amenities that we needed to feel right at home.

We were able to use the trails and the parks and stay safe and distanced from others. Felt that the resort fee was high since there was no community pool or games areas etc. What were we paying for? The place was clean and comfortable.

Thanks for the 5-star review, we appreciate it. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Haven. This is a great home! As mentioned on our website, none of the homes we manage in Suncadia have access to either the Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool Facility. There is no way to buy a pass, Suncadia just won't allow it. You do have access to all the other resort amenities though which include the parks, trails, restaurants, bars, spa and golf. In order to gain access to the pool you must rent a home in Suncadia’s rental program. When you rent one of our homes you will not pay a $100 nightly resort fee. In addition, our rates are about 20% less for a similar sized home within the resort. Therefore, you save about 30% when renting one of our Suncadia properties. We do like to suggest swimming at Speelyi Beach when the weather is hot! You can park your car out on the beach and be right next to the water. My husband’s side of the family had a wonderful stay! Lots of time laughing and telling stories at the fire pit. All the rooms were comfy. Kitchen was well-appointed. Super clean, great location near trails and the lodge. Upon checking out, I started the first load of towels, as the directions requested, and noticed the dyer latch was broken. We rented 3 houses and this house served as the hub for all our thanksgiving festivities. It was the perfect house for everyone to come together and cook and play games. We had a wonderful view of the golf course and watched the snow come down. The kids even used the hill right outside the back door as a small sledding hill.

Celebrating a 40th birthday with son and daughter's families with our 3 and 4 year old granddaughters, 6 month grandson . .loved the hot tub, location, space for gathering and bedrooms/bathrooms. Very comfortable. Great support from management team.

We had a mom's weekend here - and it was a perfect place to relax, hang out, and connect. Whether it was the comfy living room, hot tub or the fire pit - the house was spacious and easily accommodated the 8 of us. We took a quick trip to Roslyn for lunch,<br/> and some of us took advantage of the spa over by the Lodge.

Eight people on a golf trip to Suncadia to play all three courses. We found the home to be in great condition and met our needs very well.

The house was perfect for our 10 guests. The listing does say it sleeps 12 but I have no idea where the extra 2 would go. The couch in the middle of the living room? The house had everything we needed though labels in the large kitchen would be helpful. It is a good location, about equidistant from the winery and the lodge.

Really enjoyable place to stay. Walking distance to lodge, pool, biking, hiking and golfing. Kitchen had everything you'd need. Nice hot tub and fire pit overlooking golf course. Gas BBQ was no nonsense to use.

This was my family's first trip to Suncadia and we loved it. Sunset Haven was fantastic and just what we were looking for when spending Mother's Day Weekend. My two kids loved the bunk beds and the fire pit, not to mention the great parks in the area. We spent the warm evenings sitting out in the backyard, grilled some steaks and enjoyed the atmosphere. The house was quite nice... great bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable living room for the family. We would definitely recommend.
