The HEART of the property is the surround sound media room with a 120” screen, Blue-Ray System and Satellite!! Relax in the reclining Theater Seats and enjoy your favorite movies or catch your favorite Team. You’ll be warm and comfortable with the in-floor
heat and additional pellet stove. This is your own private Movie Theater!
The 3,500 Sq. Ft. Lodge features a spacious floor plan with all the conveniences of home, and boasts two Master Suites, each with a private Kitchen, Gas Fireplace, 42” Flatscreen TVs w/Satellite, leather couches and full bathrooms! One Suite has King Bed and
two pull out Twin Beds. You’ll find a very comfortable Queen Bed in the second Master.
On the other wing of the house you’ll find two additional Bedrooms and two Bathrooms. Each bedroom is well furnished with Queen Beds. In addition, there’s a 5th Kid’s Game Room with another 42” Flatscreen with Wii Video Games and a Gas Stove to keep the room
nice and warm during the Winter! This room also serves as a mudroom during the Winter for keeping your snow gear dry and warm!!
In addition to the two private Kitchens in the Master Suites there’s a main floor great room with the 3rd and Main Kitchen, Dining Table and Living Room. This Living Room is separate from the Media Room and has its own Flatscreen TV, Gas Fireplace and very
comfortable couches. There are two Dining Tables on the Main Floor that seat up to 12 comfortably.
The Lodge features a total of 1 King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, 6 Twin Hide-a-beds, 4 Flatscreen TVs, 3 Gas Fireplaces, 1 Gas Stove, 1 Pellet Stove, 120” Media Room Screen, two Hot Water Tanks for those larger groups, and heated floors throughout to keep your toes
nice and warm during the Winter Months.
Just out the back door you'll enjoy warming up in the 8 person covered Hot Tub! Next to the Hot Tub is a large outdoor Gazebo with a propane firepit! This is a great place to just sit back, relax and tell stories after a long day of snowmobiling!
This cabin also comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center! This new facility just one mile from the cabin boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker
Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. There is a $7/person/day Fee. The Activity Center is approximately 2 miles from the cabin.
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $7/person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. It is also open on the two weekends following
Labor Day.
Enjoy the natural beauty of the Alpine Lakes region, or boat, jet ski and fish the 7+ mile Lake Cle Elum just across SR 903 from the cabin. There are also 2 nearby State Parks and a boat launch for your use. Cascade Playtime Rentals is just up the street if
you’d like to rent Snowmobiles, Boats or Jet Skiis!! If you’re a Golf enthusiast you’ll enjoy the close by Prospector Golf Course at Suncadia or the Sun Country Course.
Tennison Lodge is nestled amongst the trees on ¾ of an acre with plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers and/or boats. There’s also full RV Facilities (extra $25/nt charge). When you enter the property you’ll be greeted by 2 wildlife scene metal gates for
your privacy!
