Kevin and Wendie Kelly opened the doors to All Seasons Vacation Rentals, LLC in 2004. Prior to 2004, the Kellys visited the area often and fell in love with the four seasons and all the recreational activities the area has to offer. They decided to make Cle Elum/Roslyn their permanent home and founded ASVR to open the doors for others to discover and enjoy Upper Kittitas County. The company has quickly grown from just one vacation cabin in 2004 to being the largest provider of Vacation Homes and Cabins in the area with over 60 properties today. As the ASVR team has grown, along with their inventory, their expertise has established a reputation of integrity and professionalism in the industry. Set apart by their commitment to providing superior management, ASVR's high standards for vacation homes has become a testimony to that reputation.
When not in the office, the Kellys enjoy family time and coaching their children’s teams. They are active in the local community having served as board members of the youth baseball/softball league, UKCYBSA, members of the School’s Athletic Advisory Committee, AAU Basketball and Parks & Rec Area Coordinator, along with being school volunteers. On certain days, you can find them fly fishing local rivers, snowmobiling the Cle Elum Ridge, or hanging out at Speelyi Beach!
