If you’ve stayed with ASVR within the last year you are automatically enrolled in our “Guest Club”. As a member of our Guest Club you are entitled to the following perks and discounts.

• 10% Off Stays of 3 Nights or More (excludes Holiday periods)
• 25% Off Mid-Week stays of 3 Nights or more, Sun - Thurs (excludes Holiday periods)
• Early and/or Late Check Outs (when available)
• Call for Late Booking Discounts when making a reservation within 3 days of your stay.

When making a reservation please mention that you are a member of our “Guest Club” and we will make sure you receive the discounts you are entitled to above!

Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats and Weddings!!

We provide group discounts for parties that rent 3 or more cabins. We have 9 cabins that are walking distance from each other in Roslyn Ridge with accommodations up to 80. In addition, we have over 15 cabins that are within 2 miles of the lake that can accommodate 130 or more.

We also have 2 fantastic retreats for larger groups and weddings.  The properties are called "The Huntley Lodge and Retreat" and "The Red Hawk Ranch".  At these facilities we can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests, and daytime events and weddings up to 300!

Military Discount

Active Duty Military and Reserves will receive 10% Off stays of 2 Nights or more at all our cabins. Excludes Holiday periods. Please make your reservations via phone.
