This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is perfectly situated in the heart of Suncadia Resort, within scenic walking distance to the Suncadia Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, Prospector Golf Course, and Swiftwater Winery. This luxurious home boasts over 2,800 square feet of living space, a fantastic outdoor living space, and a fun garage game room. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families. This home welcomes dogs, woof!

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 60” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious deck and lower patio boasting plenty of comfortable seating, a large private hot tub, gas fire pit, and a gas BBQ.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.

The garage game room is a great place for the whole family to hang out and enjoy quality time together. The games include ping-pong, air hockey, a pac-man arcade table, darts, and pop-o-shot.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and large windows. The attached bath has a large soaking tub, tile shower, and dual sinks.
• The junior master on the 2nd floor has a king bed, flat screen TV, and attached bath with a tile shower.
• The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
• The 2nd floor bunk room has two sets of twin over full bunks, one of which also has a twin trundle underneath. This room also features a full day bed, with a twin trundle underneath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

This house was perfect for our family! The home was absolutely stunning and came with a ton of great amenities. The only down side was that there was no access to the Suncadia pools, the hot tub never worked. We had someone out three times but unfortunately we never got to use it and a strange neighbor who was rude to us for playing game with the garage open during hours that we were able to do so in. Overall the home was great!

We do state in our cabin description that none of the homes that we manage have access to the swim and fitness center or the nelson farm pool facility and there is no way to buy a pass as Suncadia won't allow it. This rental was as advertised. Very spacious and a nice game room. The hot tub was not operating correctly and they had it fixed within a day. It is obviously a frequently used rental as it did have some wear to it.

The house was beautiful and very nicely furnished. The kids had a blast playing with all the games in the garage. The only suggestions is to have a hot tub checked as the water was cloudy plus was provide more shampoo and include hair conditioner.

We had a great holiday at Legacy Landing. The house is spacious and comfortable and we were so happy to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree! The heaters on the back patio are wonderful and we also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and all the games in the garage. The rental agency was also very responsive and brought us a new snow shovel the same day that we reported the broken one. We will definitely come back!
