WELCOME TO TEANAWAY RANCH GUEST HOUSE
Spacious and luxurious, this custom Ranch style home offers a truly unique experience for your next family retreat! The Teanaway Ranch House was recently remodeled and boasts 3,200 square feet of living space accented by craftsman style mill work, granite counters, 4 en-suite tile bathrooms, 5 gas fireplaces, 1 wood burning fireplace, and a grand chef’s kitchen. You’ll love the picturesque and private ranch setting at the entrance to the Teanaway Valley, and just a ½ mile from the Teanaway River. The Home sleeps 8 comfortably in beds between the 4 Master Suites, with the maximum occupancy of 8. Stay connected with the in-home WiFi Internet access.

Relax and enjoy the “Fireplace Room” with a real wood burning ledge stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, walls of windows with views for miles, and a flat screen TV with Direct TV / DVD Player. This is a great space for the adults to relax fireside and enjoy the company of friends and family. Just down the hallway is a secondary living room which is ideal for kids to hang out, play board games, or watch their favorite DVD.

The Chef’s Kitchen is truly remarkable and is highlighted by custom cabinetry, slab granite counters, Viking range, and side-by-side Sub-Zero fridge and freezer. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make amazing in-home meals. The dining area is just outside the kitchen and seats 8 comfortably. Just around the corner from the Kitchen is a ½ bathroom.

The home features 1 Bedroom on the Main Floor and 3 Bedrooms on the 2nd Floor. Each bedroom features a private en-suite tile bathroom, a cozy gas fireplace, and a TV with DVD Player (no satellite TV). The Main Floor Bedroom is furnished with a King Bed. The 3 Bedrooms on the second floor are furnished with a Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and a Queen and a Twin Bed. The bedroom at the back of the house that is furnished with a Queen and a Twin has a soaking tub in the bathroom, but no shower.

The Teanaway Ranch Guest House is surrounded by 2 acres of immaculately maintained lawns and fruit trees! Bring your yard games for hours of outdoor entertainment. The House features several decks and patios which are ideal spaces to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Teanaway Valley! (Propane is provided for the BBQ, but bring your own firewood.)

We booked The Teanaway Ranch Guest House for a getaway weekend for 7 women who have been getting together twice a year for over 20 years. So we know our way around all the rental companies. The Teanaway Guest Ranch House is in our top 5 and you can't do better communication wise than Kevin and Wendie at All Seasons Vacation Rentals. First of all, the house sits in this glorious valley of farm land, cattle and trees in every direction. We saw both deer and elk wander past the home. The home itself is so well appointed, we want to send the owners flowers! Comfortable beds, lovely linens, a private bath for every bedroom and space galore. The DVD player was all hooked up and so easy to use. The kitchen has everything you need, with high end appliances and cookware. There are also plenty of dishes and wine/cocktail glasses to go around, with two long tables to seat your crowd. We even found a little playroom for the kids tucked behind one of the bedrooms! Every detail has been thoroughly thought out and we can't wait to go back. Our only complaint was there were no screens on the windows and we arrived to about 50 flies which we then hunted and killed all weekend, and one bathroom has no shower. But it didn't dampen our spirit for this lovely home. You will love it, we promise!

My husband and I spent six weeks in this great home in the Teanaway Valley. It is located in farm country and we were delighted to be there during the hay harvest. The wildlife in the area and the many opportunities to enjoy hiking, swimming, fishing and more made it different every day and endlessly interesting. The house is large with 4 bedrooms and two living room areas. The kitchen is also very spacious with all the amenities of home. If you are looking for a truly unique vacation, in a socially distant and healthy environment, this is the place for you!

We stayed here whilst we were working in the area and the property was absolutely superb. Great accommodation, plenty of room for everyone and a kitchen to die for. The Teanaway ranch guest house was the perfect place for us celebrating our Son’s wedding weekend! The home is cozy, well equipped and had lots of room for us all to be comfortable. The Guest House was beautifully decorated and can easily accommodate the stated 10 people. Everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were several outdoor areas allowing relaxation and a view of the beautiful countryside. Would highly recommend. It is also perfectly located if you need overflow lodging when renting the Huntley Lodge which is what our party did. Management worked hard to make our visit enjoyable and they succeeded!

Our stay at Teanaway Ranch Guest House exceeded our expectations. The home was gorgeous. The photos on the website didn't do the cabin justice. For a group, there is ample space to get together or separate for time alone. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed. (Don't use the paper coffee filters--opt for the mesh filter!). Beds comfy, pillows perfect. Can't say enough great things. If in the area again, this will be our go-to place. Loved every minute!

We spent 4 days at this lovely guest house over Thanksgiving holiday! I can't say enough about this house. The property immaculate and there was an amazing view from every room in the house. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location worked great for a wedding at the Cle Elum Barn too. The amount of emails we received leading up to our arrival was a bit much - though it is better than not having enough information. The rules were intense but hey, it's a gorgeous property so I understand why they want to protect their investment. It all worked out great.

The stay was exceptional! We enjoyed the facility as well as the location. The property was well maintained, clean, comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen and the home, both inside and outside. Location was convenient to many outside activities, including bicycle riding (traffic was light on Teanaway Rd) Cle Elum, Roslyn, the Flying Horse Wind farm, fishing, and the Iron Horse bicycle trail. There was not enough time in the week to do all we had planned, but the house exceeded our expectations and we have rented homes for this week for over 15 years. I would recommend this property to others and will likely stay again.

Our daughter was getting married at the Cattle Barn in Cle Elum. We chose to stay at the Teanaway Ranch house as it was close to the Cattle Barn (only 6 minutes away). The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, with a variety of sitting areas outside overlooking the pastures. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the home since we were busy preparing at the Cattle Barn. The owners responded to my questions promptly and allowed us to arrive earlier and leave later than the designated times, which was wonderful since we were exhausted after the wedding and needed a little time to relax the following morning. I recommend this home, plenty of space for a large group,even a small secret playroom off of one of the bedrooms, very cute!

We loved that every room had its own bathroom and the bathrooms had heated floors! The kitchen was amazing for a large family with two dishwashers and a fridge and freezer with more than enough space. We always found ourselves gathering around the kitchen island to snack and talk together.We also liked the two big dining room tables that accommodated everyone. The location is beautiful and the landscaping gorgeous. Our only wish was maybe a fire pit because that would have been awesome!

The Teanaway Ranch Guest House is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The interior and exterior spaces provide opportunities for group gatherings for meetings, family reunions, or for a simple family vacation to explore nearby public lands. Two large dining room tables allow for family-style meals and two separate family/living rooms allow for guests to have an option of watching TV or reading a book in quiet. The beds are very comfortable and there is ample closet space. The Guest House has a large refrigerator and freezer and all the kitchen items a group would need to cook. I highly recommend the Teanaway Ranch Guest House!

Our book club had another fabulous stay this year. The place is well appointed, exceedingly clean, large enough for eight women to spread out, and in a beautiful setting. What a treat to watch deer eat apples off the trees while elk run across the distant field.

Three generations of our family enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful Easter at the Teanaway Ranch Guest House. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own comfortable room and bathroom. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and a joy to cook in. Loved the variety of rooms to sit and hang out in. Outdoors we enjoyed the property and the view. There is wifi (though, not so consistent on the second floor) for connectivity and a great built-in stereo system. Cable is on the TV, but there is no way to plug in Amazon Fire Sticks or Roku, etc.

We celebrated my partners 30th birthday by spending a fabulous weekend at Teanaway Ranch Guest House. The house was just as pictured but even more beautiful in the snow! We fell in love immediately with the living room fireplace, heated floors, sound system and two dishwashers. Now I never want to live without two dishwashers! The location was perfect and the house was spotless upon arrival. Can't wait to come back! The only thing missing is a hot tub!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this home for our extended family. We have two adult children and their significant others, plus my 96 year old mother. We each had our own bedroom with bath, (even though 2 of us had 2 twin beds instead of a queen), and gas fireplaces that were extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The house has a large, wonderful gourmet kitchen and comfortable sitting areas. We saw deer and a coyote walking through the snow covered pasture and watched the Seahawks play in the Fireplace room. It really was a very special 3 day weekend. I highly recommend this home!!

Our stay was just fabulous. I hate writing a good review, because I want to keep this place a secret so we don't have to share with others.. Our family rents a cabin annually, due to illness, we decided to do our trip for Christmas. We've stayed at several other places and have liked them all, but this is our favorite. We stayed in the lovely Teanaway Ranch Guest House for our fall book club retreat. What a perfect getaway venue. Beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, great kitchen, comfy beds and linens, wonderful customer service...I could go on and on. The views from every window were lovely. In our 12 years of book club retreats, this is the first time we've decided to return to the venue the next year even before we've left it.

This property is absolutely exquisite. The home itself is very handsome with elegant finishes that are well beyond expectations for any rental property. The furnishings are all plush and lush. The chef's kitchen is spacious and beautiful. The outdoor experience is incredible -- fantastic porches, beautiful landscape, beautiful vistas. Although the photos are great, they don't do the actual home justice. Amazing!

We stayed in the Teanaway Guest House for five days over Thanksgiving. We had six people of three generations. The house worked great for us - it was immaculate when we arrived and is amazingly well stocked in the kitchen. The furnishings are very comfortable and we enjoyed having a fire in the main room. Only slight issue that was more of a complaint from our older folks was the lack of full cable or direct TV channels. Overall though a very pleasant stay in a very scenic area. We would stay there again.

We stayed in Teanaway Ranch Guest house as an extra place to sleep in concert with Huntley Lodge. The details in the house are great- everything is very high quality and we spent a lot of time talking about how we wanted to upgrade our actual house to be more like this one.<br/><br/>The only thing we ran into was the floor insulation was poor-you can hear people moving around pretty easily from the ground floor.

We booked this house for a group attending a wedding nearby. It was possibly the nicest VRBO I've ever booked. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the bedrooms each lovely- the whole house so well furnished and appointed. We immediately booked for a return visit to do hikes and explore the area. Perfect for 4 couples or a family getaway.
