Cleaning Procedures

On top of our already stringent cleaning procedures, we have implemented additional safety protocols for our cleaning contractors as outlined below:

  • We are adhering to rigid safety standards set by the Department of Health and CDC.
  • Extra sanitizing of all high touch areas such as doorknobs, keypads, light switches and more.
  • All Housekeepers have taken a certified class on cleaning protocols during this time.
  • Implemented new inspection procedures.

The cleanliness of our homes is now more important than ever and we will do our best to provide the safest homes possible for our guests.

Roslyn Ridge Pool Facility- The Roslyn Ridge private pool facility will be open this summer under Phase III guidelines. You must rent a home that has pool access in order to enter the facility. The session fee was raised to $10 per person paid at the door for 2021, and they accept credit cards. The facility is planning on opening the last 2 weekends in May, and 7 days a week starting in June.  Under Phase III the pool is allowed 75 guests at a time. You must sign up for one of the 4 daily pool sessions that will run 2hr and 15min each. You may sign up for one 2hr 15min session per day.  We will email you an online link where you can sign up for a session 48 hours in advance.  Please note, if you don't show up to your session within 15min of the start time your session is forfeited and you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, so please only sign up for sessions that you know you will be able to make. (The pool is not owned or operated by All Seasons Vacation Rentals, the rules and fees are administered by the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center.)
