One of Suncadia’s most private and scenic settings perched above two ponds and Rope Rider’s Par 3 Hole #2. Relax and take in the views from the patio and private Hot Tub! Enjoy a short 200 yard walk to Tennis, Horseshoes, Kid’s Play Structure, Frisbee Golf, Basketball, and much more at Suncadia’s Dawson Park. A short walk up the hill and you’ll be at Swiftwater Winery and the Rope Rider Clubhouse. Designed to relax and entertain with family and friends, Frog Point will impress all your guests!

Spend quality time with the family relaxing in the large great room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub looking out over the water and golf course. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, TV Den, and large 2nd Floor Bonus/TV Lounge.

The King Master Suite on the first floor has direct access to the patio, a 42 inch TV, and en-suite bathroom features a large soaking tub and a huge walk in shower. The Main Floor Guest Suite features a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The main wing of the home features two 2nd floor bedrooms and a guest bath with a shower. The east wing bedroom has a King Bed, Queen Bed, and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 6). The west wing bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and a Twin over a Twin Bunk (sleeps 4).

Up a flight of stairs off the kitchen and you’ll enter the large bonus bedroom above the garage. This room has a King Bed, and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 4). There is also a smart TV with Dish/DVD, and comfortable leather furniture.

This house is perfect for a large family or group getaway, stay inside and catch up in the great room, gather in the dining room over great food, or relax around the gas fire pit making evening s’mores!

(The Owners of Frog Point have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $95 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

We enjoyed our stay at Frog Point. Upon arrival the lights were on and a decorated Christmas tree in place. A perfect place to celebrate the holidays with our family. The house was stocked with every item needed and was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the winter wonderland.

We brought 12 people to a weekend retreat. The kitchen is perfect for all those standing around conversations on the island with snacks. The fireplace main room was easy to seat everyone in a circle for good conversation. Bedrooms all had comfy and ample beds for everyone to sleep in their own bed. Backyard patio with chairs and fire pit also a peaceful place to have good conversation. Everything was clean, easy to find, and overall a wonderful place for the retreat.

Fabulous weekend celebrating a reunion at this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our large group with plenty of spaces to congregate and beds for all. The location is beautiful overlooking a pond and the golf course, and the weather was perfect so that we could enjoy the outdoor entertaining spaces as well. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and were lucky enough to receive 4 inches of snow one night. We rented ski gear at the Inn the next morning and ventured out onto the golf course covered with snow. It was so sunny and peaceful. We had a perfect stay.

I rented this house along with another house for a 3 day work offsite. The location was perfect for our group. We had a casual meeting in the living room each day and cooked as a team one of the nights. The house had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. The view of the golf course was really nice as well as the fire pit for use in the evenings.

We had a perfect stay at Frog Point. Three family members have birthdays in the same week in June so my sons and grandchildren came to be together and to celebrate. The house provided the ideal balance of privacy and togetherness.

Perfect facility for group retreat. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and lovely view. Activities for a variety of interests from walking to relaxing in front of the fire.

Frog Point is our new favorite. The layout has plenty of room for 3+ families while still preserving a cozy feel. Well equipped and well located.

We had an excellent stay at Frog Point. We hosted a team retreat and it was the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind. The living room is cozy but bright and open. Everything was clean and well taken care of and we didn't have any of our needs unmet. It's a very well stocked house. Would definitely come back!
