WELCOME TO PURA VIDA
This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled in the trees just off the Rope Rider Golf Course! This luxurious, custom home boasts over 4,200 square feet of living space encompassing 6 bedrooms featuring private baths. The huge outdoor living space features 2 gas fire pits, outdoor dining, and a 6 to 8 person private hot tub. The whole family will enjoy playing shuffleboard and pool in the garage game room! This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a massive 75” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious outdoor living area equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, dining table, gas fire pits, and a private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the wooded scenery from the elevated deck!

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts luxury stainless steel appliances, 6-burner cooktop, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.

Enjoy some spirited family competition in the heated garage game room that boasts a shuffleboard table, pool table, cornhole, leather couch, bar seating, 55" smart TV, and a fridge.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• Main floor master with a king size bed, 55” smart TV, electric fireplace, and an en-suite bath with a large soaking tub, tile shower, dual sinks, and heated floors.
• Main floor master with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
• 2nd floor bunk room with a full over full bunk with a full trundle, and a twin over twin bunk. This room features a 50" smart TV, private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo and can sleep a total of 8.
• Bonus bedroom above the garage has a queen sleeper sofa with a 6” memory foam mattress. This room features an 85” 8K smart TV, surround sound system, auto black-out shades, private bath with a tile shower, and a wet bar w/beverage fridge.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

**The home is protected with external security cameras. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway.

Very spacious, well appointed home, with thoughtful extra touches. Great to have each bedroom with a bathroom. Plenty of space for kids and adults. Age range from 2 to 96 and all were comfortable.

It was a spacious, wonderful new house with great design and attention for every detail.<br/>The kitchen very well equipped with everything we need.<br/>Every bedroom has a private bathroom which was a big plus for us when we look to rent a cabin. The home lived up to its billing with quality furnishings and an especially well equipped kitchen, including lots of glasses, dishes, cutlery, and everything needed to make great meals. Great bedding, AV equipment (with a sound bar in living room powerful enough to provide good sounds), central heating, hot tub, game room. Our group especially appreciated that each room had its own ensuite bathroom. Perhaps the only small hiccup, is a dinning room table not big enough to accommodate more guests (yes there is another outside table, but it's not useable in the winter).
