I spent my 30th birthday here with a few girlfriends. The rental was beautiful and clean. There was so much to do on site and within the house. We had a blast in the arcade area in the garage as well.

Pine Breeze was fantastic. The rental was very clean and well maintained. Also, the location cannot be beat as it is central to everything and likely walking distance to activities in the warm months. We loved that there was a park right in front of the house for our kids!

We were in town for a family wedding and the house was great! Our grandkids stopped in while they were staying with their parents at a nearby Suncadia condo and were delighted to see the well equipt game room in the garage; they loved it!<br/><br/>One suggestion to elevate the stay as other vacation rentals we've stayed at have, is to supply a small amount of coffee and/or tea and also bath gel or soaps for the showers.<br/><br/>Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definately check on renting this home the next time we are staying in the Upper County.

We had a wonderful time the Pine Breeze cabin. On our first night we had problems with the hot water and oven, but someone came over right away and fixed everything! The home is perfectly located near the Inn and Lodge so we could walk to all the fun winter activities. The size of the home was perfect and our children really enjoyed the games in the garage.

We had such a great time at Pine Breeze! Would definitely come back again! The Layout was great for our family of six. We loved playing in the snow for hours ( great sledding hill behind the house!), then soaking in the hot tub, playing in the game room and enjoying a movie in the evening. Super Fun!<br/>

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We had a wonderful staycation, we loved the beautiful new house, it was so clean, perfect for our family, we enjoyed the game room and the back patio area and the hot tub, and playing games on the large dining table was great! We enjoyed the neighborhood walks and was nice to have a place to get away and feel normal with Covid etc hoping we can come again! Property management was excellent!

This was our first time staying in Cle Elum, and at Suncadia. We had a wonderful time, felt like we could have used one more day! There is so much to do at Suncadia itself and in Cle Elum, hikes, the hot tub, if the pool were open that would have been a huge bonus, a few breweries, the lake, the winery, etc. Communication with the property was quick and polite, we had absolutely no issues! Cannot wait to go back.

My wife and I decided to rent a house for a week to work out of virtually as we were so tired of looking at the same four walls of our house for the past 3 months. The house we rented in Suncadia was just the ticket. Great location, solid WIFI, and beautiful surroundings. And the house has a really great kitchen with modern appliances and has lots of fun extras (hot tub, ping pong, x-box, lots and lots of TV channels).

"Pine Breeze" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the Stovehouse. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. Just across the street is a fun community children’s play structure and outdoor basketball court.

Step inside this mountain retreat and you will be greeted by a spacious, contemporary rustic home with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents, large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen flow together seamlessly and offer a place to entertain, share meals, or play games for the entire family. The living room with comfortable seating for 6, large smart TV with XBox player and floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the perfect blend of cozy and convenient with direct access to all areas inside and out.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, a TV and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The 2nd floor guest bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* The 2nd floor bunk room has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle.
* The 2nd floor king guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a hallway guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
*Just off the main floor entry is an additional ½ bath and full laundry facilities.

For larger groups you can rent Miners Gold next door and have two side-by-side 3 Bedroom homes!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **
