Spent four days with the family at this beautiful home. We loved the location, close to Lake Cle Ellum and great hiking trails, very close to neighboring towns of Roslyn and Cle Ellum. My kids loved the hot tub. We didn't use the Ridge Crest resort pool cause it was a cool weekend. They also seemed to be sticklers for reservations, even though nobody was using the pool, which was a little weird.

Great location near the lake, as well as the charming towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum. The home was clean, well-stocked with essentials (even the kitchen) and had plenty of bed options (with plenty of bedding). It is in a neighborhood, with other homes very close, rather than typical cabin lots. But we have stayed in a LOT of vacation rentals and it is obvious when they are well-managed. This is definitely the case here!

This is a beautifully maintained home.The king bed upstairs was very comfortable. Loved having my morning coffee with a fire in the fireplace. The hottub was very clean and ready to go. We would definitely recommend this place.

We’re a group of high school friends who are now busy moms and we had a great weekend of catching up, resting, hanging out and so much laughter! The rental was the best place for our gathering. It was peaceful and had a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. The rental had all the essentials. The only downside was there was dust/dirt under the couches and the fan’s needed to be cleaned/dusted. Otherwise, the house was clean, cozy and inviting.

We arrived to the home in the middle of an incredible snowy winter to find the fireplace burning and some fun music playing. It was a very inviting atmosphere. Although the house is in the middle of a housing development, it felt more like a luxury cabin in the woods. It was cozy, comfortable and inviting. Management was wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen did lack some essentials. Very few essential condiments (salt,pepper, tin foil) so make sure to bring everything you need to make meals.COuld also use a few more frying pans.

We had a great weekend stay here, the neighborhood of Roslyn Ridge is fantastic. This specific house wasn't as updated (furnishings, decor, or TV/tech) as others, but it did the job. Nice grill, hot tub, and the AC was a must! I'd suggest new dinnerware (plates) they were SO heavy and big, also maybe better quality paper towels, and having Salt and Pepper, oil for guest use- as there was none.

The house was well equipped for two families with 5 kids. The hot tub and fire pit were great features. The living room was comfortable for everyone to relax and for the kids to play. As other reviews have stated, the kitchen was spacious but needs the pots and pans replaced. There are no scissors, tin foil, or ziplock bags available. The stove top is electric and the pans don’t lay flat, making it difficult to cook efficiently. The extra game room is out in the unheated garage so prepare for that if you are visiting in the winter. We took daily walks around the neighborhood and down to the playground which was fun for the kids. Overall, we had a great stay and I think if the kitchen items were updated, this would be a 5-star rental house!

Great beds at this rental! (The king bed is high,bring step stool if you're short &#xD83D;&#xDE04;) <br/>Very basic kitchen (only salt and pepper) Bring outdoor chairs,there are only 2 chairs there. Nice big outdoor table. Great hot tub.<br/>Don't plan on watching any local live is Hulu streaming,so not cable.

We loved our weekend at this chalet! I love that I can expect a similar level of quality and cleanliness when I stay at an All Seasons rental. We stayed in a house with this same layout last year but liked this one even better. Our 4 kids loved sleeping on the bunks/trundle all in one room and I loved that it did not have a TV in it. We loved the big table so we can all eat together or play games. My kids love sitting at the bar. It was a super snowy weekend but the roads and driveway were all plowed. Our little guys loved the jetted tub bath and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The staff is always super responsive and communicates promptly.

Home was clean and fully functional. It was well decorated with a cozy cabin experience. Extra amenities were provided for my child, such as kids plates, silverware, and even a doll house. Home was perfect. Only small gripe is that property management company sent a dozen separate emails about the property; some did not apply. Would be very helpful if all details about rental, access, care, and clean-up were in one simple email specific to the property. We’ve stayed here twice now within the last 6 months and had no problems. The house is very clean, cozy, with spacious rooms and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised the house was decorated with Christmas decorations this time around and it made it feel more homey. The neighbors are very friendly. I would say for future visitors staying in the winter we came in the evening with heavy snow fall and the driveway is at a steep slant. We parked our SUV with the emergency break on and it still slid down the driveway. They leave you snow shovels and road salt. So i would say shovel before you park, but the next day while we were out someone was nice enough to plow the rest of the driveway which was nice to come back to. My family and I would definitely come back again.

House was in good shape and mostly clean, but the pantry was filthy and full of crumbs. I also had to wash every dish before my family used them because they weren’t thoroughly cleaned before someone put them away. The BBQ is also in dire need of a cleaning (way too greasy). Three windows were left unlocked (I checked before my children went to bed). The Activity Center requires reservations for 2 hour slots, so you’ll pay $10 a person for 2 hours of use each day you opt to use the facility, pretty pricey after considering the already steep rental fee. ASVR rentals makes the process simple and easy (my 3rd time renting with them).

We had a wonderful stay in this Roslyn Ridge home. Great location for outdoor fun! House was clean and very pleasant. Had everything we needed for a family getaway-from hot tub towels to sleds. Single bed mattresses could be better, but didn’t bother the kids at all. Great communication from Kevin and the management team.

The house was in a good area and the price per night better than alternatives. However the cleanliness/dating of furniture was below the bar. Soiled sheets, pieces of trash under the bed, bunk bed falling apart, screw sticking out on drawer, etc

We've stayed here before and always enjoy it. The downside is the parking - there is only room for two cars as the garage is not car friendly (it's used as the play room) & you aren't supposed to park on the side of the road. If you are coming and using all the beds, you better have two mini vans....

We stayed for 3 nights right after the New Year. We arrived at night and pleasantly surprised that the cabin was still decorated for Christmas- the trip to the mountains was a Christmas present for our 5 kids so this was a sweet touch that added to the charm of the house. We loved everything about our stay! The hot tub was awesome! (there are about 8 beach towels in the laundry room and we would throw them in the dryer so they were ready for us when we got out!). We met Kevin the property manager and he was helpful and kind. There was lots of room, everything was in nice condition. There were a few toys and games we played. The upstairs king bed was a little too soft for us, I didn't realize it was just a pad until the last day. I would have taken it off after my first sleepless night. The kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware, hot coco mugs and pans (but older). We brought mostly prepared food from Costco so we mostly only heated things up but I recommend bringing your own PAM spray, rubbermaid containers for leftovers, plastic bags, foil and plastic wrap. I can't say enough good things about our awesome Winter Wonderland Weekend (would have loved more snow but oh well!) Thanks again, I hope we will come back!!!

Overall we had a great time at the Cabin in Roslyn Ridge. The location is awesome as it is still close enough to Suncadia to enjoy some of the things they have to offer, close to Roslyn where you can shop and eat and explore and close to outdoor attractions like the lake or the salmon viewing trail. Our group had a great time and found the house to be plenty big for 10 people. Some of the items could be updated such as towels and cutting boards as well as some of the other kitchen wares but aside from that the house is tastefully decorated and contains all you need for a weekend away. The hot tub provided a nice place to relax and the garage with tv and DVD player gave the older kids a place to escape. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of three chalets we rented for a 3 night extended family vacation. The Ridge Crest Chalet was the perfect house for the 3 young families that together had children between the ages of 2 and 10. There is a room with bunk beds on the main floor as well as a small bed in the Master Room upstairs. The game room in the garage and the hot tub were a big hit for the kids as well as the adults. This group spent a whole fun-filled day at the beautiful Activity Center and made good use of the nearby parks!

We traveled to Eastern Washington for a quick getaway from Puyallup. A quick escape before our kids sports kicked back into full gear. Our 4 boys took full advantage of the game room. This home was well equipped and clean. Space for plenty of guests. The only issues we had were with the fact that the cupboards do not have handles, which makes them difficult to open. Also the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. It is sagging and they just added a memory foam topper to try to extend the life of the bed. All Seasons Vacation Rentals is great to work with. I highly recommend staying at their properties.

Great place for a snowmobile trip. We only had 3 people but could have easily had 6 and not been too crowded. We did not end up using the location very much because of the great proximity to good snowmobiling. Good neighborhood and clean well built house.

Our family had such a nice and comfortable stay. The house and neighborhood was great. The staff at all seasons vacation rentals are wonderful, friendly, family conscious and accomidating. They called us to make sure we were preped for the snow storm that was coming seeing that they knew we were traveling with four kids. They even drove to our vacation home to give us a jump start when our SUV battery died. They were also organized and check out procedure was clearly mapped out in a binder and was super easy to follow and complete. I will be calling for another stay next winter!

We had a great time and the house was everything we needed. The kids LOVED the big stuffed bean bag in front of the tv and having X-box available when we were not enjoying the outdoors and milling around town. The only disappointing thing was the community center was not open during the week and did not find out until right before we got there. Was pretty much assuming in the middle of June the pool would be open. Overall-had a great time!

We rented this house, and the adjacent house (Tiger Lilly Lodge) with a group of friends for a retreat weekend. My only complaint was the small bedroom that "sleeps 4" is much more suited to kids than adults. Other than that, the property was nice, clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed.

Our family stayed at the Ridge Crest Chalet in July, 2014 and had such a great time! Everything was as expected. Beautiful home, comfy beds, and plenty of room for a family of 8 adults and 2 little ones. We brought a baby gate with us for the stairs, but other than that..we had everything we needed! We will be back!

We loved this house, it is beautiful! It was very comfy and had everything we needed. It's very spacious and the kids loved the xbox kinect. The activity center was perfect for adults and kids with the pool, hot tub, and we played bocce ball and volleyball. The customer service was always available and very easy to work with.

Thanks for the great review! For others reading this post, this cabin does not have a private hot tub. It does have access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center during the summer months, and that facility has a Hot Tub. We do have 12 cabins available with private hot tubs.

We have always enjoyed our stay with your properties. The properties and nearby activities are a major bonus. A couple of things could be improved in my mind however. I am a little disappointed that there is no recycling available for your guests. I also feel that the price for a day at the pool is a little extreme- especially when we had been told it would be $5 per person. The additional $2 adds up when you have a group of 20+! And charging for a newborn infant is unheard of.

You are correct, you should have only been charged $5 per person at the pool. The prices were raised last spring, but we negotiated with the Activity Center to allow the guests who booked prior to the increase to only pay the $5 they were quoted. The center had a master list we provided and your name was definitely on it.
I apologize that they made that mistake.

We stayed over the New Year's weekend and had a great stay. The house was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We did a lot of cooking and had no trouble finding what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I hosted family and friends with diverse interests for the weekend with success. The hikers, pool loungers, gourmands, xBox gamers, campfire geeks and dogs found satisfaction. Foodies should gather their steaks and sausages at Owens Meats in Cle Elum for grilling and trail grub. Don't miss lunch at the Roslyn Cafe.

Cozy, popular cabin in "Roslyn Ridge" near Lake Cle Elum. Centrally located between Lake Cle Elum and Roslyn. Just 1 mile to the lake, trails, or Golf at Suncadia Resort. Snowmobile, bike or hike into miles of maintained trails from your backyard. Enjoy Swimming during the Summer at the Roslyn Ridge Pool Facility! This is a fantastic area to enjoy snow activities, such as sledding, snowmobiling and outdoor ice skating! Explore all the recreational activities this area has to offer!

This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This FUN facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. Just a short walk from the cabin.

Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend through mid June on Weekends only and everyday through Mid June through mid September.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* 2nd main floor bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin bed with a pull out trundle underneath.
* The main floor has a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* The upper floor master bedroom has a king bed, a twin bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

During the Winter you may snowmobile directly from the cabin to over 100 miles of groomed snowmobile trails with big views of the Cascade Mountains. There's great areas for the kids to sled within Roslyn Ridge!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
