Come enjoy this amazing estate in Suncadia’s newest neighborhood, Nelson Preserve. This fabulous location is one of the most scenic and quiet within the resort. The property is on a ridge overlooking Suncadia’s Nelson Preserve. This is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind from your fast paced life in the city. Spend quality family time in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room. Appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub looking out over the surrounding area. This home was built for family entertaining, with a fantastic outdoor cooking area/bar, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area for everyone. Whitefire Lodge is the perfect vacation setting for the whole family.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking tools you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen island, and the over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

Just outside the great room is a large outdoor cooking area with a TV and overhead heaters. There’s seating for 4 at the outdoor bar. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub. This is a great area to relax and take in the views of the preserve.

The main floor master bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and a smart TV w/Dish. The connecting master bath features an amazing dual head walk-in shower. Just off the great room is a Queen guest bedroom, with a smart TV w/Dish, that is supported by a full bath across the hallway.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The spacious King master suite features a large tile bath and smart TV w/Dish. There is an additional Queen guest bedroom and a fun bunk room with 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunks. These bedrooms are supported by a large guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a double Sofa Sleeper, lounger, a large smart TV w/Dish, and an XBox One S with Game Pass - which gives access to 100's of games online!

The whole family will enjoy air hockey, foosball table, and shuffleboard in the garage game room!

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swimming pool facilities due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

We stayed with Nils and family in a beautiful home.<br/><br/>The house was fantastic , but my husband and I stayed in the first floor master bedroom. Thankfully, we like to sleep in a cold room because it was very cold the entire stay. The bathroom was even colder and very uncomfortable for me, as there were no mats and I have neuropathy, so I was VERY disappointed there was no space heater or other way to warm up the space. Considering the quality of the home I was shocked there was no way to make the master living quarters more comfortable.

We've used a number of vacation rent houses in the past. This one was the best so far. As picture indicated, there is abundant outdoor seating and social area. Spacious and well appointed. The stand out, though, was extent to which the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware. Often times rent house cookware is rather cheap and worn and knives are dull. The opposite in this case. Truly a great place to stay.

It was a great place for our whole family to visit and for the cousins to play. They loved the air hockey in the garage. The only bummer is passing by the Nelson Farm pool and not having access to it.

Wow, this is the most well stocked well put together vacation house. The fire pit alone was worth a stay. All the dishes pots and pans you need to make a seven course meal if you wanted. The only upgrade that’s needed are the pillows that are used.

Our family's stay was perfect from start to finish. AllSeasons was so flexible when we needed to reschedule our stay, then allowed us to rescheduled it again even. Their communication for check-in and policies was so clear it made check-in very easy.<br/>The house was beautifully arranged with plenty of kitchen items for large meal prep. The back patio was magical, such a great view and the best fire pit I've ever seen. Having the farmers market right nearby and a swimming pool nearby kept the kids amused. <br/>This was the perfect post-pandemic vacation, and AllSeasons managed our multiple questions beautifully.

Great private getaway in Suncadia

The home is located at the end of a very private road with larger lots and a private backyard. It's perfect for biking with the kids because there's no oncoming traffic to this area of the road. The home is beautiful with a great floor plan that could accommodate multiple family gatherings as it's built for entertaining. You walk into a great open family room with vaulted ceilings and the backyard has a covered patio with heat lamps to keep folks feeling warm and comfortable. My 8 year old son and 3 year old daughter loved the game room in the garage and the bunk bed room.<br/><br/>We did encounter some small issues that the property management team were quick to respond to: fruit flies that were in the home, broken blender, dishwasher handle that had a little leak, and a television remote that was missing batteries. <br/><br/>Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book this place and would look forward to staying at this home again!

This home is stunning. On a quiet road with very few neighbors overlooking the mountains and valley. We had elk in our backyard the very first morning grazing on the blackberry bushes near by. The kids loved being so close to these beautiful animals. Inside of course! Gourmet kitchen and bunk room made for some fun upgrades from our house! Beautiful upgrades and wonderfully relaxing.

Whitefire Lodge is a warm and welcoming home. The setting is stunning and the house is amazing. There is plenty to keep you occupied. Air hockey, shuffle board, games and nature. It is my second time renting this house in 3 months. When we walked in the door my husband turned to me and said " I feel like I'm home". The kitchen is stocked with enough pots and pans, silverware, etc. The living room is warm and inviting and the bedrooms are just asking to be slept in. The house keeping staff always has everything ship shape. Thank you for your hard work! The art work is still one of my favorite things. ASVR has always been very easy to deal with. I am already planning my next stay. I just love warm welcoming properties and business's that really care about their guests needs. Thank you to all involved.

Snowshoe Heaven!!!

This place rocks. I've already been once in the summer, but winter during a snow storm is even better. We made it to the Suncadia Lodge and back on snowshoes on our second day of Adventure! Yes, Adventure with a capital A. Walk out the door and you are in a Jack London novel - no need to drive 30 minutes "to the trail." And if you start to get lost out there in the blizzard and ybegin to wonder if you might freeze to death 'To Build A Fire' style, it's nice to know there is a river on one side of you and the Sundcadia cabins on the other. You're never that far from the fire place and a hot chocolate. We met a couple who said they were having the best time ever snowshoeing the golf course! Anyway, Whitefire itself is spectacular. It has everything you need. You can wash your clothes every night, the radiant heaters on the back patio are perfect for some winter outdoor grilling, the hot tub is great for winter outdoor chilling, and the pebble floors in the double shower in the enormous master bathroom are awesome. If you are reading this review, just book the place. You will be glad you did.

Whitefire Lodge is a welcoming and beautiful house. The setting,in Nelson Preserve, is very peaceful. There are several personal touches in the house, including a note on how to operate specific items, that we found refreshing. As usual, dealing with ASVR was a pleasure and a breeze. I was here with a group of girlfriends for a quiet weekend getaway and from the moment we walked in I was blown away. This place is gorgeous. I loved the decor, and even the nice little touches didn't go unnoticed, like plenty of cozy blankets, battery powered flicker candles, the lovely inspirational signs, to even the poopouri spray in all the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything, even champagne glasses - but the only thing we wish it had were more serving platters as we did a lot of appetizers and cheese plates. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the gas fire pit was much enjoyed as we caught up and chatted under the stars. One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in! The only regret is I wish we booked more nights as we didn't get to go for any hikes. Thank you, we will be back!

The home is beautiful and everything is brand new. There was a pack n play and high chair, which was useful for our 2 year old. The back patio was awesome and the view gorgeous. The home was very clean and great for our group of 7. The upstairs bonus room area next to the bunk beds was a cozy spot for the kids to watch a movie and the games in the garage room were awesome. There was a hot spell when we were there so while hoping for cooler WA weather, it was 95+ while there. The house had AC so it was still great. The heat made it harder for us to enjoy the trails and park within Suncadia, but would be great with better weather. We drove to Snoqualmie Falls one day and Leavenworth another day. Both just over an hour drive and worth it. We would definitely recommend this home! It was beautiful and beautifully decorated with exceptional accommodations.
