** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center. You will NOT be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 6 cars in the driveway.
**Minimum age to rent is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Wonderful Family Getaway in Cle Elum! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Cle Elum. The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There were plenty of opportunities for the kids to enjoy both outdoor and indoor activities—from running around in the open spaces to playing games inside. It was the perfect setting for quality family time. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to numerous trails, the beach, and great restaurants in town. Whether we wanted to unwind or explore, it was all easily accessible. Highly recommend this property for families looking to make special memories together!

Amazing home and location. Worked very well for an executive golf retreat for 8 players. House was pristine and the chef’s kitchen even impressed the private chef we had out to handle dinner for the group. Hot tub, fire pit, game room, and plenty of privacy if needed. Highly recommend.
