This beautifully appointed 3,400 sq. ft. one story home has fantastic views of the mountains and sunsets from one of the most private locations in the resort! Relax and enjoy the beautiful backyard oasis that boasts a private pool and hot tub (heating optional with fee), putting green, gas fireplace, fire bowls, a gas BBQ, and golf course views.  With 3 king and 2 full beds our home is a great spot for 4 couples or 2-3 families with kids.  There’s plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for you to make lasting memories around the pool with your friends and family! We look forward to hearing from you!

Everything about the home and Hosts exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Kevin and his family provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, as well as provided exceptional communication with us from start to finish. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything and more we needed to have a fantastic stay. The outdoor space was our own private oasis day and night. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. If you are looking for an upscale experience that is unique, we suggest having cocktails at the Trophy Room and dinner at the Wren & Wolf (reservations needed for both). We enjoyed golfing at the course this home backs on to and lounging in the pool for an afternoon. We have already asked Kevin if he has other Airbnb's in different locations that we can stay at. This was by far the best home I’ve booked in AZ and I’ve been traveling there for 15 years now for my winter vacations. It is beautifully decorated throughout and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has all high end appliances and there are smart TV’s in every bedroom. The master suite is located on the opposite end of the house from the guest rooms which offers great privacy. The back yard is a dream oasis you will never want to leave! The home is located in a peaceful gated community with all high-end homes. There are plenty of shopping areas and restaurants in the area and it’s only about 18 minutes from access to the 303 and 10 Interstates. Just an overall awesome vacation home!!! - Janet

Our stay was AMAZING! Everything looks just like the pictures, actually even better. The location is amazing. There is a safeway less than 5 minutes away. We felt very safe in the gates community. We have children and one is a baby and the high handles were perfect and out of reach foe our 2 year old. The pool is amazing as well. Very clean home. The master bathroom is BEAUTIFUL! We cant wait to stay here again. Also the surround sound system through out the house and poolside is super cool! -Kelvin
