Modern mountain luxury is what awaits you at “Eagle Aerie”. This beautifully appointed and spacious home boasts over 3,500 square feet of living space, 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space, and in-home games to keep the whole family entertained. With sleeping arrangements for 15 spread across 4 bedrooms and a bonus room this is a perfect retreat for large families and mature adult groups.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the elevated patio with a gas fire pit. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that seats 8 to 10 comfortably.

The well-stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cooktop and seating for 6 at the long kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 6 at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,500 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and two cozy gas fire pits. The front elevated patio offers nice territorial views of Suncadia Resort.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a tile shower and dual sinks and large soaking tub.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a guest bath just outside the bedroom door.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a large bunk room with a private en-suite bath. The bunk room features 2 twin over full funk beds and a twin bed.
* The 2nd floor also has a large bonus room that boasts a huge sectional couch, smart TV w/DirecTV, and a twin bed with a twin trundle.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home.
****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

The Owners of Eagle Aerie have a small dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

This house is perfect for large families with kids, with plenty of space and activities for kids.<br/><br/>Main downside was the kitchen. No corkscrew (despite having multiple wine fridges), no teapot for boiling water, and no salt. Every pot we could find had the nonstick coating flaking off into the water. Nothing that prevented eating in, but surprising given how nice the house is.

Unfortunately we had to leave early for personal reasons, but overall the experience was good. We had rented this house 2 years ago so we had a comparison to make. While we would recommend this house to others for the location and the set up for groups (we only had 6...but the house gives the opportunity for everyone to have some space), it seems the yard area could be cleaned up a little bit more if for no other reason than appearances. it seems to stand out in the neighborhood as the one that owners aren't there. The aggregate stairs going up to the front door seem to have disintegrated significantly since the last time, and with the fact there is no railing to hold on to, safety was an issue with this particular visit. While the inside was clean and clearly ready for visitors, the bath towels in our drawers were damp..all of them. The house is comfortable, easily navigated.....and part of an area that is clearly focused on family fun.

Thanks for staying with us and the good review! I'm sorry some of the clean towels were put away damp. That was a changeover day, but they still should have been 100% dry. We will address it with the cleaner. This past winter was hard on cement surfaces, and we are aware there's some of cracking and chipping in places. We are trying to get it addressed in the fall. Lastly, the owners would like to keep the yard in a natural state which is what Suncadia prefers. The home's yard, outside of the patio areas, is on an incline so its really not used for yard games or anything similar. Thanks for staying with us a 2nd time at Eagle Aerie, we appreciate it!

We stayed for a week with 2 families totaling 4 kids. The two main floor masters were great, the kids loved the bunk beds and the large kitchen area was great for cooking. When the dishwasher stopped working someone came out and fixed it in less than an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Eagle Aerie. I have to say my favorite feature was that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, and 4/5 were attached! That made sharing a house with my sister, her fiance, my in-laws and my children very comfortable. We were in Suncadia for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready! We really enjoyed both the front and back fire pits. We even saw shooting stars! The whole family had a blast having a family shuffleboard tournament! We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location of Eagle Aerie couldn't be beat! We had wedding events at the Swiftwater and it was super close. We walked the trail to the nearby park. It was a great family getaway!

For first time users of a rental of this type we were not sure what to expect and we were completely impressed with the home and all of the amenities. Everything was clean and easily accessed. Very clean rental that had more than enough room for 9 adults. We visited during an excessively hot weekend (100+ degrees) and were completely comfortable inside with the AC cooling. Also worth noting was the air quality index was at an unbelievable 150-250 most of the time due to wildfires so we mostly stayed inside. Thankfully, the house remained cooled and still smoke free as long as the windows were closed. Property management answered any questions leading up to the trip, very quick and thoroughly.

Awesome house on an amazing resort! More than enough room for 10 of us celebrating our annual golf trip. Prospector was a great course to play and the resort has a ton of trails to walk. The house was very clean with great amenities. Two natural gas fire pits, natural gas BBQ grill, shuffleboard, fireplace, table tennis, hot tub and multiple TV's and games. Cle Elum is only 10 minutes away and Leavenworth was only about an hour away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We couldn't be more pleased with our first experience with renting. The home was in pristine condition when we arrive, the location was perfect for getting to Dawsons Park and walking the paths with our grandkids, the house was stocked with all the "home tools" that are used every day. While we were not able to utilize the hot tub or the fire pits because of the extraordinarily hot weather, our little ones played countless games of ping pong and shuffleboard. The week was a success.

The house was perfect! it had plenty of room for a family event. The game room downstairs was awesome and kept everyone busy. The kitchen had plenty of rooms to socialize and have a big buffet style lunch/dinner. The hot tub and the fire pits were perfect for nighttime. Only issue was the direction when you get to Suncadia the directions take you to a road that has red drop crossing gate that only city vehicles and emergency vehicles can go through and you have to turn around and go about a mile up the road to access another entrance. Other than that I would recommend this place.. the house has no neighbors besides across the street, so lots of privacy which is nice. Its only a 5 min drive to the Brick. I will be back!

Such a great get away. House has great floor plan and we loved the double outside fire pits. Kids loved the bunkhouse and game room. House had great area for sledding in the backyard which the kids couldn’t get enough of. Located close to upper trail for snowshoeing or cross country skiing behind property. Overall, loved the location. Enough bathrooms and space for each family,
