WELCOME TO KNOTTY PINE
This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled on a quiet lot overlooking the 11th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course. Enjoy the commanding views from the back patio looking out over the scenic pond and golf course, or take a short walk to enjoy all of Dawson Park’s activities. This beautiful retreat is also just a short walk up the hill to Swiftwater Winery, and the Rope Rider Clubhouse. This luxurious home boasts over 3,800 square feet spread over 2 floors, a fantastic outdoor living space, heated garage game room, and a relaxing hot tub. This is a perfect retreat for 6 to 7 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring, 30ft. ceilings, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV with FuboTV. The accordion glass doors invite you to the spacious covered patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of the pond and Rope Rider Golf Course.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The chef’s in the family will appreciate the double ovens and the 6-Burner gas cooktop. The dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large dual head shower, and double sinks.
* The guest suite on the main floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tile shower.
* There are two additional master suites on the 2nd floor. Each has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a shower.
* 2nd floor queen bedroom, that is supported by a guest bath in the hallway.
* There are two 2nd floor bunk rooms. The larger of the bunk rooms features two sets of twin over twin bunks, and a twin over a full bunk. This room also has a TV lounge and a covered deck overlooking the golf course. (This room sleeps 7)
* The smaller of the two bunk rooms has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and a smart TV. (This room sleeps 4)

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is room for 5 to 6 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras in the front.

We rented two houses neighboring each other for our annual weekend away trip with our closest family and friends. We had about 30 adults and 6 kids stay in Suncadia for two nights and we made the best decision booking with ASVR! Kitchens came equipped with everything needed for our large group and the game room was a huge hit!

Its difficult to find a home large enough for our family of 21 but the Knotty Pine definately met our needs! The home is lovely, and well suited for a group our size with game tables and "activities" for all level of kids and adults. The home is niely furnished throughout and in great condition. Kids and adults enjoyed the small sledding hill right outside the door as well as the more challenging hill across the street. The property management people were readily availabel to answer any questions before and after our arival. My only suggestion would be to include more chairs for the dining table to accommadate larger groups like ours to be able to eat and play games at the table, and throw in a couple pot holders. We are already planning our next stay!

This was the 2nd year at this house for Christmas. The place is perfect for our family of 15 (ages 82-9mos.) Great location for sledding and everyone loves the hot tub. 5 plus all the way.

My family gathered for a weekend in Suncadia and it was really special. Everyone made the trip and the cabin played host to a really fun, cozy and memorable weekend. The cabin had plenty of beds, big kitchen with basics an included and a fun garage space. It was clean and had clear instructions for everything. What a weekend!

Really good experience. Our family is large, and had a great time staying at this house. It was accommodating to all ages. There were a few callouts, but we would stay here again! <br/><br/>A few things:<br/>- hot water wasn't the best, but was addressed immediately. Thankful for that. <br/>- the home was clean, but it seemed like maybe not dusted or deep cleaned. In the kitchen, and rooms we found spider webs strung across cabinets or light fixtures. Could use a better clean or look at before guests arrive. <br/>- The house holds a lot of people, and the allotment for number of full garbage cans seems like it does not align. It felt a little like nickle and diming to charge for anything over 2 garbage cans when we had 16 people in the home. Would have appreciated flexibility here or more garbage cans aligned to people in the home.

Property matches the pics and more. The entire gang (7 families - 14 adults plus 3 teens) LOVED the property and location. A bit of gaming, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Super clean, two dishwashers and additional fridge helped.

Everything was great and accommodating. The only issue we seemed to have was a lot of bugs in the home. I woke up with a few spiders crawling in me and more bugs in the shower. There was also construction on the house next to us. Other than that the area and the house itself were beautiful. Having the golf course right next to the home was awesome and fun to watch people play. Overall a great experience
