This newly constructed modern-mountain home boasts an impressive 3,400 square feet of expertly furnished living space. Swiftwater Cellars is just a short 5 minute walk from the home. This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or up to 4 families with children. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the golf course views when staying at this home.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, two ovens, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 8 comfortably, and the breakfast nook seats an additional 7.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large tile shower, heated floors, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with dual sinks, and a tub/shower combo.
* The 1st upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tub/shower combo.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tub/shower combo.
* The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor features a queen bed, and a smart TV.
* The bonus room boasts a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV and a private bunk room alcove with two sets of twin over twin bunks.
* The guest bedroom and bonus room are supported by a jack-n-jill bath with dual sinks, and a private tub/shower. There is also an additional powder room on the main floor.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 5 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
(The owner has dogs that occasionally visit the home, otherwise the home is not pet friendly.)

I took 8 ladies to this amazing home and it had everything we needed! We stayed for 3 days and barely left the home as it was cozy & comfortable and gave it everything we needed for our retreat! We could in every meal and had plenty to do and enjoy right on the property!

Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was as described and even better in person. We were all very comfortable and so enjoyed the gourmet kit,hen ax we ate in every day!! The large house fit our needs well. The kids enjoyed the game room, the large kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. We skied right from the back door and the kids could walk to a small sledding hill. The house was generally very clean but there were some spots that hadn’t been cleaned in awhile (lots of crumbs and a golf tee under the couch cushions and giant dust bunnies and random socks under the bunk beds).

We had an issue with the master air conditioning- sent repairs people right away. Although parts had to be order they supplied fans and asked how they could help. Was not a warm weekend so all was ok. <br/>The house is lovely.

This house has everything you need for a large gathering. The outdoor seating and fire pit and the game room were enjoyed by all. There were great amenities and a big kitchen to accommodate large group meals. Highly recommend!!

The house was very nice with enough bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen space. Location is fantastic! All guests with king beds said they were very comfortable. The queen beds however need some attention. They both slanted which only allowed one person to sleep in them. Thank you for bringing the Keurig!

We rented this home for a girls trip getaway. It was the perfect place to connect, relax and enjoy each-others company. There was plenty of space for all 16 guests. Room to be a part of the activities with many spaces to escape too if you needed some quiet space. The team was incredibly accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries and emails. They were able to assist us with fixing a tv login very quickly. Amazing hospitality.

This was a wonderful home to share with kids, grandparents, aunts and uncles. The well-equipped kitchen was appreciated by the foodies in our group. There was plenty of space to gather together, but everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was welcoming and just as the photos showed. The location was handy for side trips to Cle Elum and Roslyn. Would definitely rent this house again.

What an amazing house! Owner provided everything we could need, the house was gorgeous and had a great flow! Lots of room for family gatherings. The rooms were large and bathrooms were well appointed and perfect. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Game room was a huge bonus. We had the best time celebrating a 60th birthday. There were 10 of us but the house was so large we were never cramped. Beautiful inside and out. Fire pit was a lovely addition. One of the best vacation rentals we have rented. If you want a large, gorgeous, comfortable location for friends or family gathering, this is your place.
