The whole family will enjoy the grand great room, huge swim spa, private hot tub, game room, golf course views, and the spectacular outdoor living spaces! 9 Wines is perfectly located on the 7th Fairway of the Rope Rider Golf Course and just a 5 minute walk to Swiftwater Cellars. This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or up to 5 families with children. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and an 75” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio through accordion doors with a huge swim spa, private hot tub, gas fire pit and a gas BBQ. Sit back, relax and enjoy the great golf course views when staying at this home. If its chilly at night relax under the covered patio section and enjoy the warm heaters overhead.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts Thermador stainless steel appliances, granite counters and an oversized island prep area with seating for 7. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 12 comfortably. On warm summer evenings enjoy eating outside around the outdoor dining table that seats 10.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.

We had a great time hosting our annual employee retreat at 9 wines. The house lives very comfortably. My only suggestion would be that it needs to have better kitchen supplies for entertaining. If you have a house that big, it would be nice to have larger salad bowls, serving platters, etc.

I’ve stayed in at least a hundred AIRBNB’s and this one has the best architecture by far: Big, wide open rooms with a high ceiling and huge windows everywhere. Inside or outside dining for 14, hot tube and swim spa, ping pong and a shuffleboard table. On a golf course fairway with other houses so not a view property but few golfers, so we played frisbee on the fairway a lot. The only negative was the kitchen needs a little TLC. The dishwasher rack continually falls off the track as did the oven wire rack, spilling a tray of bruschetta. <br/>Super comfortable mattresses!

One of the best houses in Suncadia - Just fantastic layout and location - <br/><br/>If you force me to be negative then two slight complaints - great house for 6-8 People - Bit rough for 10-12 at once (dude party) and also the same complaint I would make for literally every house in suncadia ... clean the frickin grill so there is not a grease fire every single time that I use the BBQ on a rental - or at least have some baking soda handy.

The 9 Wines property was exactly as advertised. The home provided each couple their own space and the cousins loved sharing the bunk room. House was beautiful and well maintained. Space was plentiful for our party of 18 ranging in age from 9 to<br/>76! All ages enjoyed the stay. Only suggestion for improving would be to add blackout blinds in the bedrooms! Otherwise this place is hands down incredible!
