WELCOME TO KING’S LANDING
Come enjoy this luxurious, 4,020 square foot estate nestled amongst the trees in Washington’s award winning Suncadia Resort. This is truly one of Suncadia’s Top Rental Homes, and no expense was spared in the construction of this awe inspiring retreat. This exquisite home features a massive great room, in-home fin sauna, hot tub, cold plunge tub, game room, and a fantastic outdoor living space. You won’t be disappointed!

The center piece of this luxurious home is the huge great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a ledgestone floor to ceiling gas fireplace, and an 80” Smart TV. The whole family will enjoy the massive covered outdoor living space with a private hot tub, gas fire pit, and a gas BBQ station.

The fabulous chef’s kitchen features Thermador stainless appliances, 6 burner stove, and a huge quartz center island that is ideal for entertaining. There is seating for 10 around the large dining table with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. Just down from the kitchen is the beautiful in-home fin sauna that is supported by a rain shower bath and a cold plunge tub just outside the door.

BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite features a king bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the patio and private en-suite bath with a huge walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* 1st main floor guest bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV.
* 2nd main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV.
* The two main floor guest bedrooms are supported by a guest bath with a large walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite has a king bed, a gas fireplace, Smart TV and private en-suite bath with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* 2nd upper floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd bedroom on the upper floor is a bunk room with three sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* 4th bedroom on the upper floor is a bunk room with two sets of twin/queen bunk beds.
* There is a hallway guest bath with a walk-in shower supporting the two bunk rooms.
* The main floor also features a powder room.

*** Please note: Access to the Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm pool is not included with this rental, nor do we charge an additional nightly "Resort Fee". Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

We found King's Landing while looking for a space that our large family (20 of us) could go for an extended weekend. We absolutely loved our stay. The house is exceptionally beautiful and functional all at the same time. The beds were heavenly and we never felt crowded in any way. We utilized all of the amenities and so appreciated 2 dishwashers. There is so much more there than is stated in the listing. We had one issue and reported it. Maintenance was there within a few hours to fix it. We plan to return again next year! Thanks to the owners and ASVR for making our stay so enjoyable.

The house was perfect for our huge family gathering. We had so much fun. The kitchen is very large and is for so many of us to move around and work together making our meals. We enjoyed going on walks in the area, so beautiful. We had lots of game nights and many enjoyed time relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend Kings Landing! We had 5 families and the 2 bunk rooms were perfect for all of the kids to sleep together - and the stuffed bears on the beds were a big hit. The house is beautifully furnished and maintained and had everything we needed. It’s centrally located in Suncadia, walking distance to the cutest park and playground and only a 10 minute drive to Safeway for anything else we wanted. The hosts were very responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything which made the stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We just finished a WONDERFUL five day family gathering at Kings Landing. It could not have been better. The home itself was just as pictured, except the outside is now natural growth instead of mowed grass. The kitchen is fabulously stocked in every way. The property manager is also exceptional. It was our best rental experience ever.

It was wonderful. Everyone loved the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for eating, card playing, and activities where we were all together. (The fire pit was the only thing that didn’t work well.)

White Christmas

We booked this trip in January with 18 of our family members to hopefully have a white Christmas. The home was perfection with plenty of space for everyone, amenities to accommodate everyone and everything you could think of in the kitchen. And we got a white Christmas! The only downfall was only 10 seats at the dining table and 5 at the kitchen counter to accommodate a house that sleeps 22. When we called the staff to ask and request a table and chairs they were not accommodating. So we had to travel with a table and chairs and couldn’t all sit together for Christmas dinner. Otherwise no complaints from us.

Kings Landing was the perfect place for our group to stay for my daughter’s 8th birthday! The bunk rooms, additional kids living room and games in the garage kept them entertained all day and the hot tub all night! I only wish we had access to the main pool and fitness center.

We were a family of 11 (ages 19-92) who had PLENTY of room to spread out in this fabulous home that had everything we needed. The house was immaculate and welcoming upon arrival. We primarily congretated in the main living room, but it was fabulous to have other areas to spread out. The game room (converted garage) was a real hit, as was the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge combo. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

We had 18 of us stay here and it was spectacular. Such a great house for large groups. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking/serving. Beds are comfy and the decor is beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout is great for a large group, we never felt squished together. The owner/management was very quick to answer any questions. The property is close to the winery, lodge and golf course. Nice walking paths all around and a close by park for the kids. We look forward to renting this property again.

We stayed at Kings Landing with our adult kids and grandkids. The homes layout was wonderful and was very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to prepare meals for a large family. Having two dishwashers was an added plus. We especially loved the outdoor seating area with the firepit. There was enough seating for everyone and still enough room for the toddlers to play on the deck while we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with our coffee or in the evening with our wine. The garage had a lot of fun games which was a plus! We would definitely rent this property again!!

King's Landing has it all - especially for demanding guests like us! We joined several other couples for four nights in Suncadia to connect, explore the area, and relax. The house offered several community gathering places, including the covered and comfortable outdoor area where we spent most of our time. We also loved the inside living room, and the game room in the garage. We also all had our own private spaces to retreat at night and in the mornings. The beds were outstanding, the bathrooms spacious and filled with amenities, and many had sitting areas to relax. The decor is gorgeous. My wife's studied interior design, and we pick our houses largely based on what it look like in the images. This one was better in real life than the images, so if you're in love with what you see online, get excited about a stay. Sundcadia offered all the experiences we wanted: Golf, spa, walking trails, restaurants, pickleball. We had a blast. This house is not inexpensive, but it's worth every penny for an incredible stay.

King's Landing is laid out nicely with all the upgrades, nicely stocked kitchen and perfect for large groups. No coffee or tea so make sure you bring your own. I was really looking forward to using the steam room advertised and dry sauna but the sauna did not work and there was waterfall shower but no steam room. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hot tub though so that was nice. Overall it was a great.

We travelled with 4 families including kids. The Kings landing house had all the basic amenities in the kitchen and rooms. The rooms were comfortable for the couples but the best part was for young kids to have a room with 8 bunks in the same room! What fun! High lights of the house were the jacuzzi and sauna .
