Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a fabulous open-concept great room, gourmet kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, stone gas fireplace and TV w/HuluTV. The large dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace while watching your favorite movie.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
*1st main floor bedroom has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio and a private en-suite bath that features a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* 2nd main floor bedroom is a junior suite with a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 3rd main floor bedroom is a junior suite with a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 4th main floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV and is supported by a 1/2 bath just down the hallway.
* Upstairs is a large bonus/bunk room which features a queen hide-a-bed, a queen/queen bunk bed and 2 sets of twin/twin bunks. The bonus room has a private bath with a tile shower.

Off the great room is a large patio looking out at the forest and the golf course. The patio is furnished with a comfortable outdoor couch set with several padded chairs. Just a few steps from the gas fire pit is the private hot tub! This is a great spot to kick back and relax with your friends and family.

You will not be charged a nightly $100 "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Inn at Suncadia.**
