BEDROOMS:
* 1st upper floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a queen guest bedroom with a queen bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed and a twin bed.
* The upper floor guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a guest bath in the hall with a shower/tub combo.
* 1st lower level bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a guest bath.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
