Fantastic cabin getaway centrally located in Suncadia’s Prospector Reach neighborhood. Just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course clubhouse, the Stovehouse restaurant, and Suncadia's new "village center" opening July of 2026. Enjoy the sounds of the cascading creek from the spacious, partially covered back patio area which features two outdoor dining tables, a gas fire pit, a gas grill and private hot tub! This home is ideal for accommodating a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a mountain adventure.

* The 1st main floor bedroom is the master suite with a king bed, 55" TV and private bathroom with large soaking tub, walk in shower and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed, a desk and 55" Smart TV. There is a guest bathroom with a walk in shower across the hall.
* The 1st upstairs bedroom is a master with a king bed, 55" TV and private bathroom with a walk in shower.
* The 2nd upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, a full hide-a-bed, a 43" TV and a kids desk. There is a supporting guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway.
* The loft has a queen hide-a-bed and a 55" TV.

(Please note: A new home is being constructed on a lot adjacent to the property. The home is already framed, so the louder outside work is completed. All construction should be completed in the fall of 2026.)

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home.
*** About 3-4 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia.
****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
