Enjoy the commanding territorial views from the large back deck featuring a private hot tub. This beautiful retreat is expertly furnished and everyone in the family will enjoy the large open-concept great room. This luxurious home boasts over 3,800 square feet of living space spread across two floors. The heated garage game room will be a hit with the whole family! This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring, 30ft. ceilings, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV with FuboTV. The accordion glass doors open up to the spacious deck featuring a private hot tub, gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a dining table for 6. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The chef’s in the family will appreciate the double ovens and the 6-Burner gas cooktop. The dining table is just steps away and seats 6 comfortably. There is also a 2nd fridge just steps away in the mudroom.

The heated garage game room is a great place for the whole family to hang-out and enjoy some spirited competition. The room features a ping-pong table, shuffleboard table, video arcade table with 60 games and a TV lounge with FuboTV.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large dual head shower, and double sinks.
* The guest suite on the main floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tile shower.
* There are two additional master suites on the 2nd floor. Each has a queen bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a shower.
* On the 2nd floor there is a king bedroom, that is supported by a guest bath in the hallway.
* The large bunk room features three sets of twin over full bunk beds. This room also has a TV lounge with a 70” smart TV and a covered deck with views of the forest and distant mountains. (This room sleeps 9)

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking; please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is room for 5 to 6 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras in the front.
