WELCOME TO THE DEW DROP INN AT SUNCADIA
"The Dew Drop Inn" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, on the 18th Hole of the award winning Prospector Golf Course. The whole family will enjoy the well-furnished outdoor living space with views of the 18th fairway and a private Hot Tub! Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that you can walk, hike or bike on through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 5 bedrooms including 2 Master Suites, and 4 full bathrooms. Twelve guests can sleep comfortably in beds.

This well designed, 2,700 sq. ft. home features a comfortable open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a large leather sectional, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 70’ TV with Cable.

Just off the great room is a private cobblestone patio with fabulous golf course views, a built-in gas grill, a gas fire pit, and comfy outdoor furniture. The covered patio is a great place to sit back and relax year round!

The well-stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances and a large granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Just off the great room behind a sliding barn door is a Queen Bedroom. A few steps down the hallway is a full guest bath with a tile shower. The main floor King Master Bedroom features a large TV with Cable, and a spa inspired private bath with a dual head walk-in shower.

Upstairs has a comfortable bonus room with a large sectional couch and a 65” TV w/cable and Blu-Ray. Just off the Bonus Room behind a sliding barn door is a cozy bunk room with 2 sets of built-in Twin over Twin Bunks.

Down the hallway are two additional bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is a Queen Bedroom. There is a large tile bath with double sinks and a tile shower across the hall. The second Queen Bedroom is a junior suite with a private bath that features a tub/shower combo.

Ideal getaway for up to 4 families or 4 to 5 couples.

The central location of the Lodge in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting!

(Dew Drop owners have their own dogs that visit the cabin infrequently. The cabin is not pet friendly to renters. Please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.)

** Please note:
- We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.
- A maximum of 5 cars can be parked in the driveway and Suncadia does not allow any street parking.

We loved the Dew Drop for our three family stay. The primary suite has a huge closet which was perfect for a pack n play, Iykyk. Loved the located and view from the yard and the kids loved the hot tub.

The Dew Drop Inn was the perfect getaway to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with our friends. We had a great time at the Dew Drop Inn. We had 2 families with 4 kids between us and they loved the bunk room where they could stay up too late and eventually fall asleep. As adults, we enjoyed the charming outdoor space with fire pit and hot tub.

Nice but sleepless in Suncadia

The house itself was lovely and mostly in good condition, but we lost sleep because of the upstair floors. The squeeks and noise was horrible! We were in the master suite and heard every movement of the people staying upstairs, and the toilets flushing sounded like it was water coming thru the ceiling. Also, the second and third nights an upstairs toilet was running constantly and woke us up. There definately needs to have some insulation put in the ceilings. There were also crumbs left in the pantry on the shelves. Finally the TV was very difficult to work and we were only able to watch a few channels.<br/>It would have been perfect except for these problems as the owners supplied the right amount of supplies, the furnishings were comfortable, and outdoor patios very nice.

We attended a wedding at Swiftwater and this was the perfect rental to retreat to and relax during the multi-day festivities. My young adult kids enjoyed the shuffle board and outdoor propane fire pit. We didn't use the hot tub or the multiple TVs in the house and didn't realize there was a ping pong table in the garage until we went to leave.

Our stay in the home was good. The home was very cozy and decorated cute. It had a true cabin feel. It’s a great location and we loved the hot tub outside. Only thing is the shelves in the living room had a lot of dust on them as if they haven’t been cleaned for a long time (had some house keepers staying with us who cleans home for living and it was very noticeable to them) also there was not enough toilet paper.

It was a great home with a great location. We will definitely rent it again. Your management gave great service as well. Only complaint is the very very squeaky floor above the master. Easy fix for the owner. Thanks again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We've already talked with out group and want to book it again in the future. The house was large, clean, and exactly like it showed in the pictures.<br/><br/>We were even lucky enough to enter the house about an hour early. That was huge to us.<br/><br/>My wife and I stayed in the master suite downstairs and noticed a lot of creaking from the floor above. There was one spot in particular that was incredibly bad.<br/><br/>There were only six of us in our party and seating around the table was perfect for us. If we wanted to bring our six kids next fall, we were a little unsure how we could all fit for meals since there would only be room for 10 in chairs.<br/><br/>We also noticed that the TV above the chimney wasn't centered. It was off by quite a few inches.<br/><br/>Again, just little things. Thank you for a the great hospitality. We'll be back!

This property was amazing. The backyard is wonderful. We took full advantage of the hot tub, fire pit and large card playing table. It is super close to the winery and resort. Great time was had by all.

Rented this for a girls weekend. House worked out great. One thing to note is that the bunk room doesn't have very good heating and the non master bedroom by the kitchen doesn't have very good soundproofing given that it is a barn door. Otherwise, the house was nice.

Family gathering for graduation at Central Washington University. The house location for us was great, close enough to CWU Ellensburg and great golf. Lots of room for 9 of us. The only negative point I have is the hardwood floor is damaged in front of fridge causing sliver and snag on socks. Otherwise it is a very clean, nicely decorated house. And the outdoor fire pit is a great gathering spot! We enjoyed our time together! <br/>

5 ladies stayed at this home for a long weekend. The home was beautiful and well appointed. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was so amazing that my grown children and grandchildren want to rent this house for next summer for a family get away. It was perfect for small children with plenty of space to play and the kitchen was well equipped so I could cook big meals for my family. It really was a blessing for our family that we all needed.

Perfect location for our Team’s Retreat. We are a hard working group of service professionals that get together periodically and meet to blow off steam and strategize on business.
