Modern mountain luxury is what awaits you at “Eagle Aerie”. This beautifully appointed and spacious home boasts over 3,500 square feet of living space, 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space, and in-home games to keep the whole family entertained. With sleeping arrangements for 15 spread across 4 bedrooms and a bonus room this is a perfect retreat for large families and mature adult groups.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the elevated patio with a gas fire pit. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that seats 8 to 10 comfortably.

The well-stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cooktop and seating for 6 at the long kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 6 at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,500 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and two cozy gas fire pits. The front elevated patio offers nice territorial views of Suncadia Resort.

The home boasts sleeping accommodations for 16 across 4 Bedrooms, and a Bonus Room. There are also 5 well-appointed bathrooms. On the first floor there is a King Master Suite with an en-suite bath, and a King Guest Suite with an en-suite bath. Up a flight of stairs and you’ll discover a Queen Guest Bedroom with a guest bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The 2nd bedroom upstairs is a large bunk room with a private en-suite bath. The bunk room features 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds, and a Twin Bed. The 2nd floor also has a large bonus room that boasts a huge sectional couch, smart TV w/DirecTV, and a Twin Bed with a Twin Trundle.

The home has plenty of indoor entertainment options. The lower floor TV Lounge features a large couch, 65” smart TV w/DirecTV, a wet bar, and shuffleboard! Just off this room you’ll enjoy some competitive family games of ping pong in the garage.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home.

The Owners of Eagle Aerie have a small dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

Annual Couples Golf Weekend

This house was pretty much perfect for our group. We are 4 couples who get together for a weekend of golf and tomfoolery. This year we picked Suncadia. The house was clean and well appointed. The only negative comments are regarding the 4th bedroom upstairs. There is a twin bed and bunk beds. Our friends were happy to volunteer to use it, but complained the beds were not comfortable. Other than that, the place worked well for our needs.

Unfortunately we had to leave early for personal reasons, but overall the experience was good. We had rented this house 2 years ago so we had a comparison to make. While we would recommend this house to others for the location and the set up for groups (we only had 6...but the house gives the opportunity for everyone to have some space), it seems the yard area could be cleaned up a little bit more if for no other reason than appearances. it seems to stand out in the neighborhood as the one that owners aren't there. The aggregate stairs going up to the front door seem to have disintegrated significantly since the last time, and with the fact there is no railing to hold on to, safety was an issue with this particular visit. While the inside was clean and clearly ready for visitors, the bath towels in our drawers were damp..all of them. The house is comfortable, easily navigated.....and part of an area that is clearly focused on family fun.

Thanks for staying with us and the good review! I'm sorry some of the clean towels were put away damp. That was a changeover day, but they still should have been 100% dry. We will address it with the cleaner. This past winter was hard on cement surfaces, and we are aware there's some of cracking and chipping in places. We are trying to get it addressed in the fall. Lastly, the owners would like to keep the yard in a natural state which is what Suncadia prefers. The home's yard, outside of the patio areas, is on an incline so its really not used for yard games or anything similar. Thanks for staying with us a 2nd time at Eagle Aerie, we appreciate it!

We stayed for a week with 2 families totaling 4 kids. The two main floor masters were great, the kids loved the bunk beds and the large kitchen area was great for cooking. When the dishwasher stopped working someone came out and fixed it in less than an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Eagle Aerie. I have to say my favorite feature was that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, and 4/5 were attached! That made sharing a house with my sister, her fiance, my in-laws and my children very comfortable. We were in Suncadia for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready! We really enjoyed both the front and back fire pits. We even saw shooting stars! The whole family had a blast having a family shuffleboard tournament! We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location of Eagle Aerie couldn't be beat! We had wedding events at the Swiftwater and it was super close. We walked the trail to the nearby park. It was a great family getaway!

Very clean rental that had more than enough room for 9 adults. We visited during an excessively hot weekend (100+ degrees) and were completely comfortable inside with the AC cooling. Also worth noting was the air quality index was at an unbelievable 150-250 most of the time due to wildfires so we mostly stayed inside. Thankfully, the house remained cooled and still smoke free as long as the windows were closed. Property management answered any questions leading up to the trip, very quick and thoroughly.

Awesome house on an amazing resort! More than enough room for 10 of us celebrating our annual golf trip. Prospector was a great course to play and the resort has a ton of trails to walk. The house was very clean with great amenities. Two natural gas fire pits, natural gas BBQ grill, shuffleboard, fireplace, table tennis, hot tub and multiple TV's and games. Cle Elum is only 10 minutes away and Leavenworth was only about an hour away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome for a large family!

The house was perfect! it had plenty of room for a family event. The game room downstairs was awesome and kept everyone busy. The kitchen had plenty of rooms to socialize and have a big buffet style lunch/dinner. The hot tub and the fire pits were perfect for nighttime. Only issue was the direction when you get to Suncadia the directions take you to a road that has red drop crossing gate that only city vehicles and emergency vehicles can go through and you have to turn around and go about a mile up the road to access another entrance. Other than that I would recommend this place.. the house has no neighbors besides across the street, so lots of privacy which is nice. Its only a 5 min drive to the Brick. I will be back!

We do provide driving directions as sometimes GPS is not very reliable in our area! The gated entrance that you mentioned is for Suncadia personnel only so we don't have access to it! Such a great get away. House has great floor plan and we loved the double outside fire pits. Kids loved the bunkhouse and game room. House had great area for sledding in the backyard which the kids couldn’t get enough of. Located close to upper trail for snowshoeing or cross country skiing behind property. Overall, loved the location. Enough bathrooms and space for each family,
