Come enjoy this stunning 3,200 square foot home overlooking the 5th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course. Step through the front door and you’ll be greeted by a massive antler chandelier suspended above a large, beautifully appointed great room. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and a spacious entertaining patio. Fairway Lodge is an ideal location for a large family gathering or multiple couples.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 3 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, outdoor sectional couch, dining table, and a gas BBQ!

* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV w/FuboTV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks, a large tub and a walk-in shower.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV w/FuboTV. There is a supporting guest bath with a walk-in shower in the hall.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a Smart TV w/FuboTV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV w/FuboTV and a private deck overlooking the golf course.

**The owners of Fairway Lodge have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.

We rented this home for our wedding anniversary. We chose this house for its location and amenities. We enjoyed watching the golfers, the good and the not so good. We were blessed with deer and elk visitors. My only complaints are that you can hear the road traffic on Bull Frog Road and the house could use a good dusting.

Property location within Suncadia was great. Having the golf course behind the property gave it more privacy than other properties we have rented before. We had 3 couples and didn't even use the second bedroom downstairs.

We had a great time at Fairway Lodge. The house is roomy and has more than enough room for the whole family. The house was clean and welcoming. Beautiful home right on the golf course. Everything was clean and modern. Kitchen and living area was wide open with big doors and windows that open up to the outside patio, perfect for cooking and entertainment. The four private bedrooms plus the bunk room was hard to beat for the price. We'll be back!

The house and area were awesome. All of our kids were super impressed. It was a huge success. We could have used some boxes of kleenex (allergy season) and some plastic plates, cups, etc for small children

This house easily slept six people. It also comes equipped with all the cooking utensils you need. It's quiet and you get a view of the golf course. Can't recommend this stay enough.

We had a group of girls for my daughter's bridal shower and the house was absolutely perfect! Tons of room. We had a private wine tasting outside on the patio and it was wonderful!

Great location and home. The only comment I have is the kitchen could have been more equipped. Due to covid there was a lot of at home cooking and there was not a large enough frying pan or even bowl for a salad for more than 4 people when the house accommodates 12-14 people. We had 8 people and had to go in town and purchase cookware and bowls. Other than that it was lovely.

4 family members including kids, total of 16 people stayed here. <br/>The house was immense with 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms and in one of the room, there were 2 bunks beds with a sofa bed. <br/>There were plenty of beds, plenty of space for our group. <br/>Very nice house. Highly recommended

Wonderful location and fully equipped for a restful stay. I am recovering from a mild stroke and suggest that grab bars be installed in the large shower and that a small foldable chair be provided.

The weekend was perfect. The house is amazing. The setting on the 8th hole is super, the amenities are perfect, and the layout of the house works great for three to four couples and kids. Will stay there again.

All went well. there was a bit of a musty smell in the dining area. (So we put on a pot of simmering cider to help!). I was a little surprised there weren't any game things in the garage(ping pong, pool table etc). But it worked out great for our planning retreat. Enjoyed sitting outside by the fire . Everything else was terrific, beautiful home!
