As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor entertainment area. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a large smart TV, and a floor to ceiling ledgestone gas fireplace.

The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a covered lounge area featuring an outdoor TV and cozy gas fireplace. The patio also features a private hot tub, dining table for 6, a gas fire pit, and a stainless gas BBQ. Enjoy the panoramic golf course views as you sip on your favorite glass of wine around the fireplace!

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. The dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.

The Suncadia Trail System meanders through scenic green belt across the street from the home. Walk or ride your bikes to many of Suncadia's most popular attractions and parks. You can also walk directly to downtown Roslyn within 20 minutes or to the Coal Chute Cafe in 10 minutes.

• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a king bed.

• 2nd floor bonus bedroom with a twin over full bunk, a twin over twin bunk, and a large TV.
• 2nd floor sleeping alcove with 2 twin beds. (These beds are open to the hallway and not behind a closed door)

** Please note: Access to the Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm pool is not included with this rental, therefore you will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** This home is protected with an external security camera facing the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking or parking on vegetation, so please park all cars on the driveway.
