Relax at this newly constructed, luxurious Suncadia home! This 5 bedroom + bonus room / 5 bath home features a wet sauna room, private hot tub, gas fire pit and heated garage game room! Enjoy the private, green belt views from the fantastic, heated outdoor living space. Just a short walk from the park and pump track at Nelson Farm! (Please no pets, thank you!)

I had an amazing stay at Grand Mountain Estate in Suncadia. The home’s aesthetics and striking design immediately stood out—every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a truly elevated atmosphere. The furnishings were designer-grade, and the bedding was some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced at any rental.<br/><br/>The highlight for me was the private spa, complete with a sauna and hot tub, which added the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional stay.<br/><br/>This property offers a one-of-a-kind experience, unlike anything else in Suncadia. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was large enough for our big group to tuck in and have private spaces to rest, all while providing large common spaces that we could all fit inside. We very much appreciated the big dining tables, both inside and out. The house was meticulously clean and well stocked. We loved that it was walking distance to the playground and Nelson Farm.
