This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled directly between the Rope Rider Golf Course and Dawson Park! Enjoy the commanding views from the back patio looking out over the scenic pond and golf course, or walk across the street to enjoy all of Dawson Park’s activities. This luxurious home boasts over 4,000 square feet of living space, a private detached “Casita”, fantastic outdoor living space, and a relaxing hot tub. This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with heaters, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of the pond and Rope Rider Golf Course.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 3. The dining table is just steps away and expands to 8 comfortably.

The detached "Casita" is a great spot for a family with children or a couple that needs privacy. The Casita great room features a smart TV, full sleeper sofa, card table, and a kitchen. There is a private bedroom furnished with a queen bed, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The private bath has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer.

* The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large soaking tub, tile shower, and dual sinks.
* The guest bedroom on the main floor features a queen size bed, smart TV, and has direct access to a bath w/shower directly across the hallway.
* The junior master on the second floor features two queen beds, smart TV, and a private bath.
* The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, and shares a large bathroom with the bonus-bunk room.
* The bonus-bunk room boasts 3 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a full sleeper sofa, and a smart TV with XBox Live
* The private casita boasts a living room with a full sleeper sofa, and a private bedroom with a queen bed, twin daybed and a twin trundle.

(The owners of Park Place have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

We had a great time. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities. One confusion is the property pictures make it looks like there is a back your, but it’s not lawn but forest floor. This venue was lovely! There were 19 family members ranging in ages from 4 months to 86! We were all very comfortable! The only thing that was a concern was the bunk room, where the bunkbeds were small and a little wobbly. They would definitely not support an adult, at least not on the top. Otherwise absolutely beautiful! So much to see and do! Being right across from the park was a huge advantage with 5 children! We are planning another trip here in the near future.

The place was so organized and beautiful. It was easy to find everything we needed to use in the kitchen and one of our favorite additions was the hot tub! Plenty of room for the 20 people we had stay here with us and we loved that it was far away from other houses so we still felt like we had a lot of privacy when being outside. We loved the firepit and spent a lot of time out there.<br/>Was very easy to check out of the place and whenever I had questions and had to contact someone they were very helpful and empathetic. There were a lot of things to do nearby such as golfing and disc golf. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This house was amazing and the location on the park and golf course can not be beat especially with kids. The Casita is a huge bonus for a couple to have some privacy. Everything in the house was perfect, we had kids, parents, grandparents and a sitter as well. And close to all other amenities. This was our third vacation to Suncadia and this is our house from now on. Perfect!

This is a fantastic property in all aspects - we comfortably enjoyed this place and all the amenities with 10 adults and 8 kids. The property itself has all swanky high end finishes, literally all the appliances you would need for a cookout or BBQ, perfect sleeping options for adults and kids, great lounging area for the whole group with a serene view of the golf course and water at all times. The arcade options in the garage are great too, especially the competitive mini-basketball arena where our group had a blast. Literally opposite the home is a massive park with pickle ball, tennis, basketball and a kids park (and the property provides you with all the equipment you would need to play all of them) - so you never run out of activities for adults or kids. Location is also central to Roslyn and Cle Elum restaurants for food options pick-up within 7-10 mins. We would love to come back again here as a group, created some fantastic memories.

Everything in this home was top-notch and pristine. The kitchen had an abundance of items, and there was double of anything you would need. The location is absolutely perfect cross from the park, and then a view out the back of the golf course and pond. One of the best home rentals I have ever occupied. Absolutely tremendous!

This house was perfect for our three families. Our six kids ranging in age from 6 to 13 all had a great time. The bunk room, hot tub, garage games and location directly across from Dawson Park made our stay very entertaining. This house was perfect for our three families. Our six kids ranging in age from 6 to 13 all had a great time. The bunk room, hot tub, garage games and location directly across from Dawson Park made our stay very entertaining. The house was clean, new, very nicely decorated and a beautiful view of the pond and golf course. Great stay overall!
