The home is 1700sq ft nestled on a private stretch of the Yakima River between Easton and Cle Elum. Spend your vacation relaxing river-side with a private hot tub, an expansive lawn area with a horse shoe pit, fire pit and a path leading down to the Yakima River, to Washington’s only designated “Blue Ribbon” Trout River. Watch for fish, ducks, elk, or deer!

Enjoy the great room with dining and large open kitchen, cozy gas fireplace w/ 3 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor, one bedroom upstairs and an oversized loft. Sleeps 10. The central point of the cabin is the very comfortable great room that features soaring 30 ft. ceilings and luxurious reclining leather furniture. Relax by the fire and take in your favorite game or TV show on the 75” flat screen equipped with all streaming apps and Blu-Ray DVD Player and Sonos sound system.

The dining table offers seating for 6. The kitchen is supported by a Gas Grill out on the river-side patio.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st bedroom on main floor has a king bed and a Smart TV.
* 2nd bedroom on main floor has a queen bed with a Smart TV.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* The upper floor loft area features two double beds.
* Both upper and lower floors have a full bath with a shower.

In the loft you’ll also find a relaxing sitting area with great views of the River and Mountains. River Rocks has two full bathrooms with one on each floor and each with a shower.

Take a short 150 yard walk from the Cabin to Lavender Lake, which offers excellent Trout Fishing! (The Lake is stocked several times a year.) Bring your non-motorized boat and enjoy paddling and fishing the entire lake.

I think this was the 3rd visit for me and 3 of my cousins. It was conveniently located for a cousin coming from Pasco and the rest from the Seattle area. We loved having the river so close and enjoyed the gorgeous view from the living room. The hot tub was enjoyed a number of times. Would definitely book this place again.

Renting was super easy and home was better than described. Home was cozy and clean and made you feel like you were at home. Lots of cozy things around like extra blankets and bath robes. This home made us lose track of time so our days were spent fully relaxing. We were lucky to get snow while there which made the home seem almost magical. Pets were allowed so we were able to bring our dogs. The home had a pet basket waiting for my pups with treats and food bowls which was a nice touch. Plenty of yard space for dogs to run and close to river for my older kids to fish. Only downside I could see for done would be the lack of a fence but we had no problems. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Loved the cabin, great location right off the freeway. If you take children and they take their game consoles you cannot connect them to the TVs because there will be a $50 charge.

Had a wonderful stay here over Labor Day weekend with my family. House is tucked away in a peaceful nook, just a short distance from i90, with easy access to everything else. I’m an avid fly-fisherman, so it was wonderful to get up early, get some coffee, and go hit the river while the family slept. Communication with All Seasons was strong, house was clean and prepared. 5 stars all around! Would most certainly revisit again!

It was ok. House is older and could use some more comfortable living room furniture. Bonus room is in garage looks good but smells of oil or something in there. Grassy yard for dog was nice but yard was full of holes from digging digs I assume. We had to make it so our dog couldn’t get out because gate didn’t latch. Bedroom and living room furniture felt tiny and low to the ground. Felt like we’re in a dollhouse. �� Tv worked well, kitchen was stocked well. View was nice but they need furniture by the view. Deck needs replacement. Showers were good. The location is close the beach and deception pass. Driveway was super narrow and I barely could get my aviator thru it. Also driveways shared with neighbor for which was coming out as we were trying to come in which nearly caused us to get in a head on or get rear ended. The house was comfortable enough and would be good for large group but it needs more furniture in living room. Lydia the property manager was outstanding

Was perfect fit for my wife's 50th birthday bash. While she socialized with family and friends I relaxed down by the river. Everything we could have hoped for. Definitely write the info down before your arrival though there is zero reception until you have access to the wifi.

This cabin was well stocked with kitchenware, and very comfortable couches and beds. The upstairs AC unit is a little loud so I would recommend ear plugs to guests staying up there. There are a ton of windows for a cool breeze in the summer evenings. The best part of the rental was access to the small river in the back for a cool dip. I think the property would greatly benefit from having a few adorandak chairs out there, but there is a picnic table. There are some neighbors who seem to not want much interaction lol (Lots of 'do not trespass' signs). Overall a really great cabin and location and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, private & family friendly for grandchildren & grand-dogs! Our annual family trip with our kids' families & dogs was perfect at River Rocks Cabin. It has the right mix of open gathering spaces, as well as space to seek a quiet moment alone for napping babies or adults reading a book. The river front was our favorite spot for early morning fly casting, sitting with a blanket & cup of coffee, or afternoons sunning in lawn chairs or playing games & catching a glimpse of the river otter. <br/><br/>Our family loves to cook & the kitchen had all the pans, bowls, utensils, we needed. It was very hot the weekend we stayed, so we brought a portable AC for the upstairs bedroom for the baby to nap; otherwise, the huge fans do pretty well in the great room/kitchen area. The king & queen beds are comfy and premium linens throughout the cabin. The laundry room was a great convenience too.<br/><br/>Spent a lovely day paddling kayaks & taking a dip in Lavender Lake (remember a Discovery Pass for the parking lot). Our whole family agreed we'll be back to stay at River Rocks Cabin!!

Beautiful home right on the Yakima river. Just a few minutes from Lake Easton which is a gorgeous lake for kayaks, swimming, and fishing. Also close to Roslyn for some restaurant options. Walking distance to the Iron Horse to Palouse trail for biking or running. Also, Lavender lake is walking distance for fishing and paddling. House was very clean and well appointed! We had a great time with our family friends here!

Our stay was accompanied by the hottest weather we have ever experienced in the 10 years we've stayed in the Cle Elum area with All Seasons. We were concerned that the house does not have AC, but we came prepared with fans and besides the first evening, the house was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the property itself is very well maintained. The river was high and fast so we stuck to the edge but that was very nice to have in the backyard. Our stay did not disappoint. It was nice being in between Cle Elum Lake, Kachess Lake, and Lake Easton giving us options for the hot weather. We are looking forward to next year!

We waited much longer than planned to book a Memorial Day cabin and were pleasantly surprised to find River Rocks Cabin. Finding a rental that is dog friendly, on the water and has a hot tub is rare so we were super lucky! We had a great few days at the house. Warm and cozy, and a nice hot tub. The house was well located between Snoqualmie Pass and Roslyn. While there were back streets in the neighborhood to walk the dog, you could not go on a long walk or hike straight from the house (not with the snow, anyway. Not sure is there's hiking access if there's no snow). But hiking was a close drive. I bet it is super nice in the summer, with the river and fishing. Rooms comfortable and plenty of space for 6+ people.

Really like this place, been here a few times and look forward to our next time. It makes a fantastic base location to explore the area mountains and sites or hang out and enjoy just being there. A few things could do for some maintenance like the boardwalk to the fire pit is risky, the hot tub cover bracket needs fixing, some better chairs or furniture by the hot tub would be welcome. Those are minor things but by far a wonderful place to be.<br/>

We had the most wonderful,relaxing and fun family vacation at this beautiful, spacious, clean and very welcoming home at the Yakima river and Lavender Lake. The grandkids and our dog especially enjoyed the big spacious backyard with play for hours as we enjoyed watching them while listening to the calming sounds of the river and nature the same time. Lots of hottubbing, games and wonderful home cooking too. Fishing at lavender lake. A day trip to beautiful Lake Kachess hiking and enjoyed taking turns on our Son's snow mobiles. This is the perfect place for family vacations. Highly recommended.

Overall this is a nice cabin with gorgeous picture windows to a great view. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and appliances. The wifi is not reliable and did not work well for working remotely or doing remote school. We did not have cell service either (T Mobile). Enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our experience at River Rocks Cabin!! Being right on the river was very peaceful and made for some very enjoyable swimming for our dogs. The hot tub location gave us a perfect view of the surrounding mountain and an occasional view of a bald eagle flying over head. Evening fires in the pit with some roasted hot dogs and s’mores capped off some delightful days. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to visit again in the future.

Great home. Did not realize it was as close to the road as it was however, we barely even saw another car drive by as the road is private and the home is near the end. Once you're inside and in the back yard, you feel miles away from others!

The house is great! Fully furnished with everything we needed. The yard is huge and you can walk right out into the river. This turned out to be exactly what we all needed during this time of uncertainty. This property is the ideal distance from Seattle. Super easy to get to with it being right off of I90. It was stocked with a thing you might need. It was quiet and offered privacy. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the snowy mountains, and the Yakima River. The hot tub was really the cherry on top! Our only complaint was that we paid a significant cleaning fee, yet we still had to wash towels, take out trash, run the dishwasher, etc. We feel as though if we are asked to do any cleaning at all the fee should be significantly lower or none at all. Otherwise, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The Mountain View from anywhere in the cabin never got old and the interior design is so incredible and NW majestic. The kitchen was so well equipped with any appliance you could ever need but it could stand for some under counter task lighting. Even though you are relatively close to I-90, you’d never know it or hear it, it felt like you were deep in the forest. The seven of us had a wonderful, relaxing stay over Christmas at River rock cabin near the town of Easton. The cabin (1700 sq ft) natural wood, full of large windows and cathedral ceiling looking out @ the Yakima river. So festive with snow on the ground & a large snowman built by previous tenants. We had an outstanding time at RRC! We went for a 40th birthday and NYE stay. We brought our dog and they had a welcome basket for her! That wowed me from the beginning. <br/><br/>My guests had a great time going to nearby Snoqualmie Summit and various local breweries. Other days we stayed at the cabin to hot tub, cook, and play games. On New Years Day we even woke up to a double rainbow arching over the river, completely viewable from the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows. <br/><br/>This stay was nothing short of magical. We had a great family getaway for Thanksgiving. The house accommodated eight adults nicely. It was well appointed. We enjoyed the fire pit nightly as well as the hot tub. Fishing in the Yakima River was also enjoyed. We highly recommend!

The home is lovely and very well appointed, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing visit to the river. Location was pretty much ideal as well, easily accessible. We had the best time staying at River Rocks Cabin! It was the perfect size for three couples and the location was amazing. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. We were missing some basics like foil/storage bags but were able to purchase them at the nearby Safeway. The only thing we really felt was lacking was some comfortable outdoor furniture to better enjoy the riverfront. Folding canvas camping chairs were provided but weren't very comfortable. <br/>We visited Cle Elum several times and loved the Cle Elum Bakery, Mike's Tavern and Glondo's Sausage Company! <br/>Overall we had an amazing time at River Rocks Cabin and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed Dec 23rd to the 27th. Perfect location for us. It snowed at just the right times allowing for travel from Seattle. We loved the views out of the huge window. Lots of space. Nicely equipped kitchen. The managment team even had it decorated for us. Great fireplace too. We took advantage of a beautiful day to take family photos by the river and enjoyed a nice fire in the firepit afterwards. Thanks for a great stay. We had such a great time we booked a larger place in the same area for next Christmas 2 days after we got home.

Our Family loved the vacation. Home was well kept and comfortable. Great location next to the Yakima and a near by lake where the kids caught plenty of trout off the dock. Will definitely look at the same property again. Not far from Suncadia and Speelyi beach. (some new bathroom and kitchen faucets would be a great improvement). Great service and communication from the property managers. A lovely home in a private picturesque setting, very comfortable and well stocked. Lots to do - the river was a bit fast to fish thanks to spring runoff but still great fun and within a two minute walk there is community access to Lavender Lake which was full of fish, great biking near the house either along the John Wayne Pioneer Trail or just down the local roads, driving along the Teanaway River is beautiful as are the other nearby lakes, a stop at Owens Meats is a must. Definitely recommend this property!

My wife and daughter anther husband and I just spent a lovely weekend at River Rocks Cabin. It is located on the upper Yakima River. It is a lovely home that has every comfort you need as well as a hot tub and outdoor firrepit right next to the river. There is also a small lake that you can paddle a kayak or paddle board on and also fish for stocked trout if you want.

Rented for a weekend to celebrate late Holidays due to business travel conflicts. Cabin is not a fair description as this is an enormous 3 bed plus loft space with soaring cathedral ceilings, luxury kitchen, beautiful deck with hot tub, and all overlooking your riverfront vista. The cabin felt as though it was in the middle of nowhere but it was really a few minutes off the freeway. The views from the living room and loft are absolutely breathtaking - river, mountains, just stunning. Kitchen is completely packed with all necessities including a wine fridge. Bedrooms had the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a rental - best sleep I’ve had in weeks! The fireplace kept us incredibly warm and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Clean, well stocked, quiet and private. Cannot wait to stay here again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at River Rocks Cabin. The pictures and the description were all very accurate. The cabin was easy to find and the drive in and out to the main highway was easy and accessible. There is plenty to do near by. Only about 2.5 hours from Seattle and about 1.5 hours from Leavenworth. It was the perfect home base. We enjoyed the spacious and private backyard - we did yoga, sat on the bench swing and played some horseshoe. Dealing with all seasons travel agency was easy and I did not encounter any issues. Thank you for a great stay.

My husband, two children, and their partners enjoyed this cabin for 5 sparkling days in July. It had all the amenities plus more. There were condiments in the kitchen cabinets...salt, pepper, and sugar. We were able to purchase groceries at the Safeway supermarket in Cle Elum. Though not noted in their rule book, renters can access Lavender Lake on Pine Glen Drive.

Me and a few friends spent a great long weekend at the River Rocks Cabin. The cabin was well furnished, very comfortable. Hot tub was nice during the cooler evenings and we enjoyed dipping our feet in the river behind the house during the heat of the day. <br/><br/>

We had an excellent time at this home! We spent the weekend with family for a birthday getaway. The house was everything it was advertised! The location was majestic, the house was fully stocked and clean, the hot tub worked fantastic and the surrounding property was serene and beautiful! We certainly would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area! Working with the management company was easy and they responded quickly to emails!

We stayed here over New Years to celebrate our anniversary. It was a nice and relaxing vacation only a short drive from Seattle. We liked that it was right off the 90 but yet felt as if the cabin was secluded in the mountains with lots of privacy. It snowed the week we were there which made the views incredible! The huge windows in the kitchen and living room were a huge plus! Cabin had everything we needed. Only confusing part was the lock on the door. But I called the office and they helped us figure it out. Our dogs had a great time too playing in the snow and we loved the hot tub. Would definitely come back!

Five of us girlfriends get together every year for an escape from our busy lives and responsibilities. We've been friends since elementary school and now in our 50's. We enjoyed cooking meals, playing cards, and catching up for hours. We found River Rocks cabin to meet all of our needs. Very comfortable, clean, and had a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Beds were comfortable and the cabin felt cozy. We did not use the hot tub, though it looked nice and well maintained. This cabin, easy location from the freeway, met all of our needs for aesthetics, comfort, and ease.

Our family of five, along with our three little dogs, enjoyed a week at this cozy, spacious, comfortable home over Memorial weekend. The cabin / house is exactly like pictured and described. Very clean and well outfitted, all the comforts of home! The management was very organized and the communication was seamless. We were able to enjoy the river for fishing, the wineries in Leavenworth, many cocktails, wine, lunches and dinner at nearby picturesque Suncadia resort, and horseback riding nearby.

The perfect place for anyone, We loved it! Spacious, clean, and well appointed cabin with everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable! The views are amazing, we enjoyed watching the river and wildlife through the floor to ceiling windows and were treated to fresh snow fall on the mountain top just across the river. The whole area is so peaceful, just what we were looking for! Centrally located with easy access to hiking, sightseeing, and shopping. Our pups loved it as well. we will definitely return!<br/>

The house was exactly as pictured. The dishes and pots and pans were more than I expected. The glassware was beautiful, the cutlery was above the norm. The view is exquisite and beds were very comfy. Took my boys and their families. There wasn't as much snow as we would have liked, but we sledded off the drifts that had fallen from the roof!!! We loved it.

Wonderful Cabin...Fun for All Ages!

Our party consisted of four adults, three kids (ages 1, 6, and 10), and two German Shepherds. There was plenty of room for everyone! We stayed in February while there was still about two feet of snow surrounding the cabin, which was perfect for the kids and dogs. The backyard was very big and private so the kids and dogs could play without bothering the neighbors. The cabin was very well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The hot tub was great, especially for the kids after playing in the cold snow all day. The grill worked perfectly as did everything else in the cabin. The beds were also wonderful...two kings, one queen, two fulls, and a futon provided more than enough comfort for us. If highly recommend this cabin! Especially in the winter if you have young kids; they will absolutely love all of the snow!

Great cabin for our family/friends trip. Kids had fun in the yard full of snow - it was great to have the huge windows facing the backyard so that we could watch them play from the inside, not that the adults didn't have our fair share of snow fun! Beds<br/> were comfortable, TV was nice so we could see the Seahawks game, all around a great experience.<br/>

What a great place to stay! We were welcomed by music and lighting to set the ambiance for a relaxing weekend. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and provided great access to the river for fly fishing. Many outdoor amenities include fire pit, grill, hot tub, swing, and horse shoes which were all used throughout our vacation. I would defiantly recommend this cabin!

We stayed here for four nights in order to attend a wedding at Suncadia. The home was well kept with beautiful riverfront views. The yard was spacious and inviting. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer was there if needed. It was much more affordable then staying at Suncadia for our party of six. I would definitely recommend it.

This is an amazing cabin. Would stay here again. Only complaint on VRBO is that the listed price is for 4 people only. There is an additional charge of $15 per person above that. That is not stated anywhere in the description. Don't be shocked when you go to checkout, since it does sleep 10. :-)

Four friends rented the cabin in late June and had a blast BBQing, sitting out by the river and going on a couple of river floats downstream a bit. Really nice lawn between the house and river to play. Heads up- no A/C in the house which was a mild bummer in 100 degree heat.

I'd say that probably less than 1/2 of the homeowners in our area have AC and we only get a handful of triple digit days a year. Unfortunately, your stay was during one of those times. The cabin was not advertised with AC. Our online descriptions of the cabins is careful to list this as an amenity or not.
If you'd like to stay again, let us know and we'd be happy to help you find a cabin with AC.

We stayed at the River Rocks cabon over Memorial day weekend. My husband,myself,our three son's and one girlfriend. The cabin could not have been more perfect. The firepit definitely got a lot of use as we cooked dinner out there each night. Having the river right there was amazing.

We truly enjoyed our time escaping while we stayed in the River Rocks Cabin! The cabin is wonderful and the unrestricted view of the river brought the natural beauty indoors. <br/>Although the cabin is located right off the freeway in a neighbor, the sounds of the creek swept away any noise and the size (views) of the backyard make us feel like we were in our own private wilderness. <br/>We left the cabin feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
