With high end furnishings throughout, 5 BR, 3.5 BA, a Garage Game Room, Office, and private Hot Tub this destination is sure to please! There’s ample room to relax in 3 luxurious gathering spaces; the great room features a state of the art kitchen, the garage game room will provide endless entertainment, and the kid’s will love the bonus-bedroom TV Lounge. This large home sleeps up to 14 comfortably.

ENTERTAINMENT:
You and your guests will love relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV with Dish, Sonos Sound Bar, and soaring 25’ vaulted ceilings. The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.

The garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, and a large Flat screen TV!

Large sliding glass doors off the great room open to a comfortable and scenic outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.

BEDROOMS:
Rocking Chair Retreat features a King Master Suite on the main floor, and 3 guest bedrooms up furnished with 2 Kings and 1 Queen Bed. The 2nd floor bonus room features 2 Twin Beds, a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Bunk Room sleeps 6 comfortably. The Bunk Room is a great space for the kids to hang-out and watch their favorite TV or sporting event. On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bathrooms with showers.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

The place had a perfect layout for a few young families! All the adults had king size beds, while the kids had an incredible time in the bunk room together. Though it's on the golf course, its removed enough to give some privacy for back yard bonfire and hot tubbing. Great quiet street for our kids to ride bikes without the worry of cars. We've stayed at a number of places in Suncadia and this was our favorite so far!

The home was beautiful & quiet. Our family had a great time there & at Suncadia. A few things could’ve been better, we were all prepared to grill our dinner, then the propane tank was empty so we couldn’t. The garage was freezing, where they keep the games to play like ping pong & shuffle board, one of the reasons we chose it, could use a heater in there. And there is nowhere to hang any clothing in the master suite.

Loved the home and the location. There was just a couple of things that could have made it better. Not all of the burners on the cook top were working. As a matter of fact, only half of them worked. Also, the vent for the cooktop did not work at all. Also, the closet in the primary room was locked. There was no useable closet in the primary bedroom whatsoever. I realize everyone needs to lock up some kind of space for privacy, but not in the primary bedroom. I loved the area is we have friends that live on the same road. Grandkids and kids enjoyed it.
Thanks Carmen! We appreciate the great review. We were not aware of the cooktop / vent issues. We will get these items repaired. The owner's do have a lock on the down master closet door. It was the only suitable closet for them to store their personal items. We have 55 homes in the resort to choose from and we hope you come back to stay with us!

Home is beautiful! We def enjoyed our stay as we sat in such a lush location. We ran out of propane for the grill but that wasn't a big deal. Hot tub was nice, kids loved it.

The only complaint I have about this property is the room above the main floor master suite has extremely squeaky floors. So, if the people above are up moving around it’s extremely noisy down stairs in the master bedroom. This would be an easy fix and would definitely improve the ambience of the master bedroom. Overall, this is a nice home.

Easy to find, close to the lodge, golf, main enter an easy out to cle elum of I 90. All the rooms were large, master bath on the main floor is huge. Sit in the hot tub with snow coming down and deer walking across the golf course was a cool experience.

We had an amazing family vacation at the Rocking Chair Retreat. The house is gorgeous. The kitchen was fabulous with every thing you could possibly need. My only suggestion would be to have a list of the kitchen tools and utensils you provide. I brought my own knives, garlic press, ladles, soup pot, crock pot and large serving bowls I would need to feed our large group because I had no idea what to expect. Comfortable seating in the garage would have be a nice addition, so people could hang out there more comfortably. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We hope to return next year.
