** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
