Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This tastefully decorated, 2,600 sq. ft. home features a very comfortable open-concept great room with a large sectional and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 50” TV with Cable.

Just a few steps off the great room is a private covered patio with fabulous golf course views, a gas fire pit, private hot tub, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered patio makes it a great spot to sit back and relax year round!

The well-stocked chef’s kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a large, granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. This room has a private en-suite bath with a jetted soaking tub, dual sinks and a large tile rain shower.
* 2nd upper floor master has a king bed and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom features a queen bed and is supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor bedroom has a twin/full bunk, a TV and private access leading to the back patio. The living room has 1 pull-out chair for additional sleeping and just down the hallway is a 1/2 bath.
