The chef’s kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 6 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a fabulous 7' x 14' swim spa, gas fire pit, plenty of seating, an over-sized dining table, and a gas BBQ!

You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia. **
