Yakima River Guided Fly Fishing Trips

Anytime is a good time to fish. June through August is drift boat season with elevated irrigation flows, shorts and sandals, tossing big foam to the bank. September through October is wade and float fishing with hatches of mayflies, caddis and stones. Winter finds big fish concentrated in slow moving water with subtle takes. The spring river awakens to Skwala stones, different mayflies and expecting the unexpected hatch. Any Given Day!

River Rafting

Gourmet Lunch River Float

Want to enjoy a day on the river without fly fishing? Our Gourmet Lunch Floats are awesome. Float the beautiful, crystal clear Cle Elum River or the picturesque upper canyon of the Yakima River. The 10 mile scenic float trip has a few good summertime river rapids to help in creating great memories of the adventure.  The trip takes about three to four hours and can be scheduled any time on any day of the week. River floating is a great activity for families and groups.

Trips include an amazing, streamside grilled sockeye salmon lunch complete with appetizers, desert, and beverages. Consider a morning trip and have our omelet bar breakfast on the river or raft a little later in the day and have dinner. We are able to handle groups big and small. Our largest group to date has been 72 people. Great team and morale building activity for work groups. Water guns are included for epic water battles between rafts.

On the rafts you will find a selection of beverages, dry bags for clothing and electronics, sun screen, toilet tissue, first aid kit, and a personal floatation device for each person.

The cost is $120 per person with a three person minimum charge.

River Float

Float the Cle Elum River or Yakima River in rafts. Our river rafting trips are identical to the Gourmet Lunch Floats, just without the lunch. Trips are available every day at any time. These guided adventures depart from Cle Elum and last about three hours. On the rafts you will find a selection of beverages, simple snacks, dry bags for clothing and electronics, sun screen, toilet tissue, first aid kit, and a personal floatation device for each person.

The cost is $95 per person with a three person minimum charge.
