As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor deck. The great room features fantastic lake and beach views, a comfortable sectional, gas fireplace, and large smart TV.

The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a large deck with a gas BBQ, private hot tub, fire pit area, and a lower viewing deck just off the beach! A staircase will take you down to the water’s edge.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with plenty of bar seating. There are two dining tables in the home that seat up to 16 comfortably.

The whole family will enjoy hanging out in the garage game room that features a TV, comfortable couch, huge foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a 2nd fridge. Just inside the garage is a pet clean up station, wet bar, and a spacious indoor sauna room.

Lake Cle Elum offers an abundance of recreational activities, including boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, wind surfing, and more! The lake is a 7 mile long reservoir and the water levels fluctuate greatly throughout the year. The water is at its highest point in May through early June. By late summer the water is at its lowest point and Speelyi Beach is fully exposed. The beach has a gradual slope and consists of sand with some light gravel in areas, perfect for kids to swim and enjoy themselves!
