** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center. You will NOT be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 6 cars in the driveway.
**Minimum age to rent is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.

Living the Dream was the perfect home base for our family reunion. Its unbeatable location—right across the street from Dawson’s Park—made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together while taking advantage of the multiple sports activities the park has to offer. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the custom touches throughout the home truly elevated our stay. The Seattle sports-themed game room was well equipped and provided fun for everyone. We also loved the outdoor space, especially being able to watch the golfers in our group play through the 11th hole of the Rope Rider course. This was our second family reunion at Suncadia, and once again, All Seasons Vacation Rentals did an outstanding job accommodating our large group across multiple homes. Their team was responsive and always got back to me promptly whenever I called, making the planning and post-stay process smooth and stress-free.

Wonderful Family Getaway in Cle Elum! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Cle Elum. The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There were plenty of opportunities for the kids to enjoy both outdoor and indoor activities—from running around in the open spaces to playing games inside. It was the perfect setting for quality family time. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to numerous trails, the beach, and great restaurants in town. Amazing home and location. Worked very well for an executive golf retreat for 8 players. House was pristine and the chef’s kitchen even impressed the private chef we had out to handle dinner for the group. Hot tub, fire pit, game room, and plenty of privacy if needed. Highly recommend.
