"Sweet Retreat" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the Canary Bar and Grill. Just out the back door is the Suncadia Trail for you to walk, hike or bike through the scenic resort or go to the kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 3 BR including 2 Master Suites, and 3.5 BA. Ten guests can sleep comfortably on beds.

This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Just off the great room is a spacious patio that boasts comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, and a private Hot Tub that seats 6 to 8!

The well stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, gas cook top, granite counter tops, and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master suite has a king bed, a large Smart TV, private access to the back patio and a private bath with a dual head shower and large soaking tub.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Just outside the bunk room is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* Up a flight of stairs and you’ll enter the cozy loft that boasts a double sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV with PlayStation 3 and over 15 games.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

This is an ideal getaway for 2 families, or 2-3 couples. The central location of the cabin in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting!

** We are unable to offer access to the Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Parking space for up to 3 cars. Suncadia prohibits street parking. Additional cars may park in the Prospector Inn parking lot. "
